The hotel was very clean, the staff were pleasant.

There is nothing I can think of that wasn't acceptable.

Very welcoming. Really good value. Great to have secure parking for our 4 motorcycles. Great location too. Comfortable and well catered for. Fab breakfast!

Not much to be honest. If there was one fault that would be the bedroom carpet could do with replacing as it's getting tired.

Bed uncomfortable

Room was nice and clean and well decorated was a very hot day but window could be opened wide and there was a fan. Great location overlooking the sea .

Booked and paid for via booking.com but was forced into providing card details upon check in via writing them on a piece of paper to cover potential damages. Although this policy was emailed to me ahead of me ahead of my stay it was only communicated after I had booked the room and made my plans which could not be changed. Had i known this in advance I would not have booked a place like this. I've alerted the fraud department of my bank to keep an eye out but this kind of thing makes me very uncomfortable. If you don't trust guests don't open a hotel. Another minor gripe is if you want breakfast you need to book and pay for what you want before 9pm the night before. I pointed out to the staff I don't know how hungry I will be until the morning and may wish to ord3r more or less food. This concept seemed to be lost on the guy so unfortunately I could not have breakfast at the hotel. Thankfully there are many establisments in Hunstanton that are available and happy to provide food you don't need to prebook. I suggest you go to one of those. 3rd gripe the only spare plug sockets are right behind the bed so you have to pull the bed away from the wall to charge your phone/laptop etc.
