Lovely and the position quiter on the camp.
Double bed needs a new mattress as very lumpy.

Excellent caravan very clean by the pond was very impressed with the style of caravan with bath as well excellent will be coming again !! Not far from beach only thing i would say that there was no little shop on site !!

Position of property is lovely, overlooking small duck pond. The verandah from living room has sun most of the day. Kitchen & bedrooms a bit “tired” could do with some tlc also the outside areas. Didn’t affect our stay though. The property was very clean on arrival.
Sofas & main bed comfortable. Twins are full size singles but could do with mattress toppers
