Holiday and seeing friends in venlo and a music festival.

The apartment was in a beautiful old traditional house. We stayed 6 nights and wanted to have a little more than a hotel room. Although we don’t cook when away we like to be able to have a few kitchen facilities of tea/coffee and some crockery etc. it feels more apartment than just a bedroom which was perfect for us. The owners are very helpful and kind but very respectful of privacy also. Would stay again for definite.

Exceptional

Very cozy room with everything you need. Our room had a nice balcony with a table and two chairs. All rooms come with private bathroom, which is obviously a big plus. Last but not least, the owners are amazing! Very accommodating and polite. Our breakfast was always delivered on time. The breakfast was very diverse and big portions too! Will definitely book at the property if I ever come back to Venlo :) highly recommend!

This is a small B&B and was a one night stop on a cycle tour. The room I had was large and more like a one room apartment, with such things as cooking facilities, though I didn't use these except to make coffee. The host brought a very nice breakfast to the room in the morning.

The room faced the front of the building, so a fairly busy road. When I arrived it was hot, so it was necessary to open the windows, which made things noisier. Earplugs helped to mitigate this when sleeping.

Abfab!

What is not to like? I dropped off my luggage before checking in and when I got to the room in the evening, my luggage had been taken upstairs. The room is very homely and has all possible facilities (coffee & tea making, even cooking is possible) and is very well stocked. There's a small dining table with chairs, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great. I had a wonderful breakfast taken up to my room at exactly 8 pm. The host was very kind and informative.

Charming Historic building, friendly hosts, convenient location

The location was very easy to get to from the train station and was only a five minute walk. The area with most of the restaurants was also a quick walk away. I loved the charming old building, the high ceilings and the cute balcony in the room I had. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was generously equipped with tea, coffee, a fridge, a coffee maker and water cooker. The hosts are very friendly and went out of their way to make me a special breakfast. They bought me oatmeal and oatmeal milk which was very kind. They were easy-going and laughed a lot which made me feel at home.

The only two things that bothered me about the property were the shower and the bedding. While I was showering with a side shower head, there was a bigger shower head at the very top of the shower that dropped freezing cold water on my head. I could not get it to stop and ended up huddled on the very side of the shower. I also did not like the synthetic bedding, it did not feel good on my skin.

I place is clean, organized, super comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, the owner had asked the night before what time I would like to be served breakfast, was delivered to me punctually. Just perfect. If I ever go back to Venlo, I'll stay there again.
