Good basic accomodation, clean and nice personel. But small, hot room, you can hear your neighbours

Nice personell, good bed and clean sheets.

For me, the temperature was way too high at 23,5 degrees Celsius. In addition to a small room, it felt closed and hot. I changed the temperature to 18, but it didn't change. Also, I could hear some neighbours having sex. I don't mind People having their pleasure, but it was hard to ignore and sleep through it. Better sounds isolation would be nice.

Perfect location, simple practical stay to have a confortable place to sleep

Location is perfect and the result and very confortable bed in a tiny room for this price is worth it. Was already there and happy but ... see below

Having 2 parties two evenings one after the other till 1 am then 3 am just under the room is NOT OK as room is directly up the party place so you can dance in your bed. Secondly I arrived and room was not clean. Had to justify myself why I want a bed were bed has not been used by someone else and does not have some one else hair and insist. Specific to this staff member, in the past all were nice

Not a pleasant stay, unless you want to experience the conditios in which the orphans used to leave.

The stuff was very friendly and accomodating.

I received a room without the window, which is not only illegal, but also made me feel claustrophobic. I wanted to change it and had to pay €10 more for a room with a widow that couldn't open. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I couldn't get any sleep.

Room had no windows, AC unit was very loud, remote didnt work at all, no manual for it either. No passive ventilation, we had to keep door open during night.

One night in Venlo while DB is striking

Location close to city center and rail station. Clean and tidy room, same as whole building actually. Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in. Many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.

The room was ridiculously small, the toilet was a long way from the room, so one had to get dressed in the middle of the night to use the toilet.

Bed and linen good quality. Shower nice. Not enough space for 2 people.

Nobody came to take out rubbish bin. No clean towels . No space to sit or even read. Not enough hanging space for jackets or clothes. Need a shelve above the basin to put stuff.

Really nice stay!!! If you are looking for is a place to sleep, and that's it, definitely worth it!

If you are traveling through this beautiful city and want to be an a centralized location, it is great place to stay. A lot of bang for your buck. The one thing I would highlight (not really a negative, just something to be aware of)... The Bed extends wall to wall and leaves very little floor room. If you are traveling with two people, you just have to not mind changing clothes on the bed.

At one point the two of the house keeping staff got into a verbal altercation... it was loud and some expletives were used... Everyone has a bad day, but it was unprofessional.
