Great location but a little tired. Temporarily situated on a building site.

The location is right in the heart of Venlo. Excellent.

It was starting to be a little tired. Lamp over the bed hanging off, a couple of curtains hooks missing and although a kettle and cups were available the small things like no spoons available took any polish of the room. Felt a little like a student let to be honest. No fault of the accommodation but right outside the picture window was a building site which started work every morning at 7am. Just in need of a makeover again to justify the price.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier nicht

- Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und Vermieterin, bei Problemen (es war sehr kalt als wir ankamen, eine Heizung funktionierte gar nicht und es gab auch keine Heizung im Bad) wurde zeitnah reagiert - Appartement liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt - Schnell und gut vom Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar

- Sehr hellhörig, die Türen können von außen nicht leise geschlossen werden, daher hört man alles, auch von der Nachbarwohnung - Keine Heizung im Bad, eine im Hauptraum funktionierte gar nicht (fürs Bad wurde dann auf Nachfrage ein kleiner Heizlüfter gebracht) - Es stand ein Gerüst auf dem Balkon von der Baustelle nebenan, das fühlte sich nicht so sicher an, um zB das Fenster nachts aufzulassen. Außerdem stand noch der "Aschenbecher" (1,5l-PET-Flasche mit Wasser und 27357904 Kippen) mitten auf dem Balkon und auch zwei Kisten Wasser... Sehr unschön. Es wurde wenigstens nicht am Wochenende gearbeitet, immerhin. - Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, zusätzliche Schränkchen oder Regale, auch im Bad, wären sinnvoll. - Die Beschreibung zur Wohnung liegt in der Wohnung, hilfreich wäre es gewesen, vorab die infos zu erhalten, damit man die Wohnung besser findet. Zusammenfassung: Für die Leistung ist es viel zu teuer!

Für 2 Übernachtungen okay

Die Lage ist top, die Größe des Appartements außergewöhnlich. Es gab einen Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kapselmaschine und etwas Besteck und Teller, Tassen, Topf und Pfanne. Etwas wild gewürfelt, 1 Teelöffel, dafür aber 2 Schlachtermesser.

Leider gab es außen am Haus keinen Hinweis auf die Unterkunft, da wäre ein Schild doch hilfreich gewesen und hätte einen halben Nervenzusammenbruch meinerseits verhindert. Balkon gab es bei unserem Zimmer nicht. Leider auch keinen Haartrockner. Und das in der Dusche das Duschgel leer war, habe ich leider auch erst gemerkt, als ich schon tropfnass unter der Dusche stand. Das ganze Haus wird derzeit scheinbar renoviert. Von den Bauarbeiten bekommt man aber nicht allzu viel mit. Von den Partygästen in den angrenzenden Bars nachts bis zum frühen Morgen hingegen sehr wohl. Personal gibt es keins, im dunklen Hausflur lag auf dem Treppenabsatz ein Staubsauger. Das Bett war furchtbar weich und durchgelegen und das Laken war schmutzig.

Tolle Lage

Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft noch nicht gereinigt und extrem verschmutzt. Nach Reklamation wurde diese zwar gereinigt aber sauber ist anders. Nach nochmaliger Reklamation wurde nochmal nachgereinigt aber der Boden war noch immer voller Flecken und sehr schmutzig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und ist uns auch entgegengekommen aber die Reinigungskraft müsste noch auf saubere Reinigung geschult werden.

Ik stel voor om wegwerppantoffels aan de kamer toe te voegen.

Mij beviel het design van de kamers erg goed, het bed was comfortabel en het beddengoed van goede kwaliteit. Alles wat op de lijst van kamervoorzieningen stond, was aanwezig.

Voor mij persoonlijk was de vloer wat koud, dus het was beter geweest om pantoffels mee te nemen.

kleines, aber feines Hotel zentral gelegen - wir kommen wieder!

sehr gut gelegenes kleines, aber feines Hotel. Neue Einrichtung und neues Bad. Betten sehr bequem. Netterweise hat man uns einen Topf zugesagt und dann eine Kiste mit diversen Küchenutensilien erhalten. Die Vermieter konnten wir sehr gut über booking.com erreichen, sehr nett, schnelle Rückmeldung. Zutritt zum Hotel und Zimmer über verschiedene Codes - sehr praktisch. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Fotos bei booking.com absolut aussagekräftig. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Midden in het centrum.

Ruime kamer met ruime badkamer, midden in het centrum. Verhuurder reageerde snel op berichtjes en was behulpzaam.

Hygiene: haren van vorige huurder in douche, radiator was vies, koffiecups van vorige nog in apparaat, dat vies was. Badkamer: bekertje zou fijn zijn. Douchestang hing los.we misten een voetenmatje. Slapen: Lamp boven bed valt op je hoofd (hing los!), hangt ook te laag, kussen hard en plat, matras slecht: overal pijn en mijn voeten raakten het matras niet eens. Ook erg warm in de nacht. Er kon geen raam open. Door warmte, slecht matras en slecht kussen, amper geslapen! En verder: De tv had maar 3 zenders, te weten npo 1,2 en3 en voordat hij aan ging was een gedoe. De code op de deur was te lang. Lastig intypen door kleine cijfers, geen licht en links moeten doen. Er was geen licht op het voorportaal. Er hadden.meer koffiecups mogen liggen.

Prijs/kwaliteit goed verblijf

Prijs/kwaliteit een goed verblijf, op een zeer leuke centrale locatie. Gezellige ruime kamer De verhuurder was wel heel vlot en vriendelijk in zijn contact.

Wij (2 vriendinnen op wandelweekend) hadden voorzien om bij aankomst op vrijdagavond (na een werkweek) in de kamer te aperitieven met een wijntje en daarna een omelette te bakken, dat is ook één van de redenen waarom we dit verblijf kozen. Er was echter een kitchinette, maar geen uitrusting (geen borden, bestek, pannetje/potje, wijnglazen,...). Na contactname met de verhuurder, wilde deze dit onmiddellijk komen bezorgen, dus over de gastvriendelijkheid helemaal geen klagen. Een tip voor de toekomst: voorzie toch per kamer in 2 borden, 2 waterglazen, 2 wijnglazen, een pannetje of kookpotje, bestek,... Anders heeft een kitchinette weinig zin natuurlijk... Verder was de kamer ook niet heel goed gepoetst. In de badkamer lagen pareltjes verspreid over de vloer, teken dat deze toch niet grondig is gepoetst geweest nadat de vorige gasten vertrokken waren. De twee nachten dat wij er waren was er veel nachtlawaai van de café's in de straat. Dankzij de oordopjes hebben we hier weliswaar niet teveel last van gehad.

Super mooi en heerlijk verblijf

Het is een mooi en super fijne accommodatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien en het inchecken, contact en de informatie voorafgaand was perfect. In het verblijf lag nestjes een boekje met alle informatie en tips om in de ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt te nuttigen heel dichtbij in het centrum.
