The property is central in Venlo and was very clean. Also, the staff were friendly.

Located in the centre of Venlo, not far from the station, museums, cafes and shops. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty to choose on the menu. Friendly and welcoming staff. Netflix was available. Login with your existing personal account details.

The shower tray was very shallow and sprayed water on to the bathroom floor. This could be remedied perhaps, by a shower curtain. A mini fridge would be a welcome addition to the room.

The staff were amazing and went above for us constantly. The breakfast is incredible, the room was so big and clean. The bathroom is huge and very new and modern. The location is perfect, we loved our stay here.

Nice hideout to explore Venlo !

Nice atmosphere (it was freezing outside but the café felt warm and cosy, like a proper café should be !), friendly staff. Room as stated on the site: spacious, with a warm decor. Big plus was the renovated bathroom. Breakfast: we would like to see this more often: no over the top buffet, but a menu with a nice selection you could choose from and which got served in an instant ! Too bad we were only in Venlo for one night. If we do return, this B&B would be our choice again !

There were several breakfast menus. All staff were friendly. The quaint building and interior were excellent. Our room had no air conditioning, but there was a strong fun, we were comfortable even on hot days during the day in summer.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean with quality linen and a well appointed bathroom. The staff were very accommodating and warmly welcomed us despite our flight being delayed and us arriving very late. Thank you!

Disgusting, noisy hotel with scammers who intimidate people.

The hotel is in the same building as the place where breakfast is served. The tenement house has been divided, in the middle there is a place where you can eat breakfast and drink alcohol, and there are hotel rooms above it. The entrances are separate. The hotel's large painted door is next to the tables in the beer garden. The sign with the name of the hotel next to the door suggested me that there is a reception, but a waiter approached me and in unpleasant way explained that the hotel reception is located in the bar next door. There is no reception as such and check-in is done literally at the bar between the tables. The hotel is very old and shakes with every step of people inside. The room is accessed by a very steep, small staircase with plaster partitions. The hall and the room smell musty and old. A big discomfort is the noise that comes from the street, the premises downstairs and the neighboring rooms. You can hear people walking in the room above and the building itself wobbles along with the person who walks in this building. This arouses anxiety, causes problems with falling asleep and staying in the building in general. The hotel is located on a busy street opposite a supermarket. Already at 7 am I woke up to the sounds of work being done at the hotel. The room had very old equipment. There are a lot of old, ugly, unnecessary accessories like a blanket and leopard print pillows or electric candles. Two beds placed next to each other diverge in opposite directions. The bathroom is refurbished which could be a plus but the lack of good ventilation in the bathroom made it smelly all night after using the toilet. The breakfast was really poor one of the worst I've experienced in a hotel. Scrambled eggs made from liquid eggs, dry slices of baked bacon, frozen rolls, disgusting coffee and old, worn-out crockery. Very strange for a place called BnB. After breakfast, the waiter came up to us and said we had a problem.

Fabulous stay

It was all great. Lovely big room, spotless with everything you needed. Perfect location in centre of town, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was just across the road too.

The only small thing was no air con. They did provide a big fan but it was just a little warm but that was just a minor detail and wouldn't put us if staying there again .

The hotel staff arrived early to make breakfast for us - thank you much. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The bathroom was spacious. The shower was simply brilliant - roomy and bright.

I personally could not connect to the wifi at all, either with my laptop or my mobile which was disappointing. The stairs up to the rooms were a little steep which some people might struggle with.

Anikka is an absolute SAINT who found us alternate transport during the train strikes! Saved us.

Great location and the rooms are clean and well decorated. Bathrooms were great too. The staff is exceptional. Anikka helped us out so much. The train strikes disrupted our travel schedule and she went out of her way to find us an alternative option. Otherwise we would have been stuck and missed flights. She was very concerned about us and very caring.

Perfection.

Everything! A beautiful traditional building with modern bedrooms. Absolutely spotless. Extremely comfortable beds and great shower. All the staff were very professional and friendly. Due to location, some outside noise but that just added to the charm, rather than annoy. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect place to stay!

The B&B is in the centre of Venlo and everything is in walking distance. Nevertheless, it was quiet at night. The room seems to be newly renovated and was very, very cozy. We really liked it. The personnel was very friendly.
