Interesting experience and great breakfast

Breakfast was very nice

The key code broke down and there was no back up as place is unstaffed after a certain time which you not told about, lucky we found an off duty member of staff who got let us in after calling the manger.. it’s needs a back up if key code breaks down. Apart from that it’s very pleasent

Very nice, gerne wieder

Great location, nice little hotel, friendly staff, cosy room, soft bed (to soft for me, my girl liked it a lot), clean bathroom. We were there for the ,,zomerparkfeest" which is a very nice festival (music, culture, ...) and only maybe 1000m away from this hotel. All in all very good and nice!

The hole town was in party mood, so there was noise till 5 o'clock am on the street. It was no problem for us, but we were surprised :D

The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very nice and the rooms were large and clean.

The small steps of the stairs, but this can not be changed because of the old building. Rooms one and two can also be very noisy because of the bar at night at least from Sunday to Monday, but the accommodation provides earplugs.

Highly recommend this place if you were traveling along the euro Velo 19 route.

Nice location in the town and a really great breakfast. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here.

Characterful and convenient. Excellent communal space. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Bike storage an issue but they let us store them in the corridor. A nuisance for other guests.. Great restaurant opposite owned by same company. Be aware of very steep and narrow stairs.. Two flights to bedrooms.

In both hotel and restaurant a little work on customer service would help guests feel more welcome. It did improve with time.

Very cute B&B with a lovely and cozy Cafe on the shopping street! Great staff and excellent Breakfast! There is a first floor which is like a living room for the guests. We played board game in the evenings.

The room was clean and tidy, with some nice extras such as a kettle, tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great! The central location of the BnB was also perfect for going out during the day and evening.

The BnB is located in a street with a lot of bars and restaurant; busy night life. If you are a light sleeper and/or plan on early nights, this BnB might not be for you. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.

It was a very nice and well furnished room. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice as well. The host was very friendly too and I enjoyed my stay very much.

It was a hot summer day and there was no air conditioning so it was very hot in the room during the night but it was okay.

Perfecte locatie in het centrum. Ruim thee en koffie en een snoepje op de kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt beneden in het cafe. Douche, warm en goede straal. Om in te checken moet je dus in het cafe zijn!

Locatie heel leuk midden in het centrum. Restaurant Bruxelles heel leuke sfeer, heerlijke eggs benidict en super vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt in restaurant Bruxelles was ook goed, ruim voorzien van koffie en thee, en sfeervolle plek

in zomer zal er wel wat geluid van de terrassen zijn.

Juste PARFAIT !

L'appartement est hyper spacieux. Le salon et la salle à manger sont décorés avec goût. La literie est impeccable, la matelas ferme tout en gardant un peu de souplesse. Le petit déjeuner conserve son niveau qualitatif de toujours : produits frais et préparés minute ! Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable, et le personnel très à l'écoute.

Geweldig, een aanrader!

De locatie was perfect voor een bezoek aan het centrum van Venlo, parkeergarage op 50 meter van de B&B, €15,- van ‘s middags 3 uur tot de volgende dag 1 uur. Het appartement was verrassend groot en comortabel en had een geweldig bed, een prima keuken met koffievoorziening en schone badkamer. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk en met Limburgse gastvrijheid en service opgediend. Kortom een aanrader!

We moesten twee hoge steile trappen beklimmen, dat was iets minder…

Mittendrin im Geschehen

Mitten in der Fußgängerzone, fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof. Schöner Wohnraum, große Küche, gutes Bett. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Café im Erdgeschoss.

Wir waren am Samstag da - und da steppt vor dem Haus der Bär 😀 Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und man hört alles. Der Schlafraum ist nach hinten raus, da ging es. Die Wohnung war im 2. OG ohne Aufzug- das sollte man einkalkulieren vor allem mit schwerem Koffer. Mir (ich bin als ältere Frau mit meinem erwachsenen kognitiv eingeschränkten Sohn gereist) wurde allerdings nett geholfen 😀 Trotz dieser Kritikpunkten würde ich diese Unterkunft wieder buchen da aus meiner Sicht die Vorteile überwiegen.

Sehr schön bis auf die nächtliche Schlafunterbrechung durch Partylärm.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut und ansprechend eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist gut für Besichtigungen er Stadt Venlo. Super gutes Frühstück im dazugehörigen, sehr netten Café. Sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Sehr steile Treppe hoch in den 2. Stock mit schmalen Tritten. Für ältere Menschen eher problematisch. Lage für Besichtigungen gut, aber leider inmitten der Partymeile umrahmt von diversen Nachtclubs, welche aber von aussen als "cafe" angeschrieben sind. Die Partymenschen feiern bis 04.00 Uhr am Morgen auf der Strasse vor den Lokalen und die Bässe der Musik spürt man trotz erhöhter Lage am ganzen Körper. Von Mitternacht bis ca. 04.00 Uhr ist schlafen auch im Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich.
