Good stay in the centre

Super clean room, bigger than on the photos. Very easy to find and enter. Communication easy, all clear. Good price for the offer. Comfortable bed! Loved the bon for the local cafe to have breakfast and coffee.

Of course the owner can’t influence the bars that are next door - it was very noisy, but i still could sleep well. No heating, only airco so the room was fresh when I arrived. Would be nice to have a little shower gel in the bathroom and small towel for the floor to make it more cosy.

De airco was veel te klein voor de ruimte en het wilde niet warm worden. Er waren alleen handzeepjes en geen shampoo of douchegeld. Geen glaasje. Stoelen zaten erg oncomfortabel. Heel erg gehorig, zowel van de straat als van de buren.

Dat je de toeristenbelasting contact moet achterlaten is niet meer van deze tijd, mensen hebben geen contant geld meer op zak. Je kunt het ook op een rekening storten, veel gedoe voor die paar euro.

Ziet er mooi uit, maar verschrikkelijk veel herrie en niet goed te verwarmen

De kamer ziet er mooi uit en ligt op loopafstand van alle winkels en restaurants. De kamer was schoon (behalve onder het bed), waren genoeg hangertjes voor jassen en kleding, voldoende stekkers en ook USB-oplaadpunten. Staat een waterkoker en liggen enkele theezakjes. Er staat ook een klein koelkastje.

Wat een herrie 's nachts! Geen oog dicht kunnen doen. Dit is ook bekend bij de eigenaren, want bij aankomst lagen de oordopjes klaar met een briefje dat sprake kan zijn van geluidsoverlast. En dat hebben we geweten! Daarnaast was het tussen de 0 en 5 graden buiten en kan de kamer enkel verwarmd worden met een airco. Op zich niets mis mee, maar de unit hangt om het hoekje bij de deur. Nu je daarvandaan eerst een klein hoekje om moet en een gang door voordat je bij het bed en de stoelen komt, betekent dit dat het erg lang duurt voordat de warmte daar is. Je komt dus binnen in een koude kamer en moet best lang wachten voordat het enigszins comfortabel aanvoelt in de kamer (terwijl wij gewend zijn de verwarming niet hoger dan 18 graden te zetten). Dan nog wat kleine puntjes van aandacht: * het is een B&B, maar ontbijt wordt niet aangeboden en moet je in de stad halen (staat op zich wel aangegeven, maar wees je hiervan bewust) (overigens kan je heerlijk ontbijten bij Milk, daar lag ook een kortingsbon voor een gratis kopje thee/koffie voor in de kamer) * je komt binnen met een code en deze code zou een dag vooraf verstrekt worden, maar wij ontvingen deze pas terwijl wij al onderweg waren naar Venlo (ze hadden niet op ons bericht de dag ervoor gereageerd en waren 's morgens ook niet telefonisch bereikbaar, dus je rijdt toch met een lichte twijfel die kant op) * de tv kan je alleen aanzetten door een knopje in te drukken op een kastje achter de tv (iedere keer opnieuw als je de tv aan wilt zetten) * de batterijen van de afstandsbediening waren leeg (kan gebeuren, maar geen receptie, dus weer opnieuw de kou in om te haasten om snel voor sluitingstijd nieuwe batterijen te kopen) * de ramen zijn volledig afgeplakt, zodat niemand naar binnen kan kijken, maar je kan dus ook niet naar buiten kijken (je hoort dus de hele nacht herrie aan de andere kant van het raam, maar kan niet gezien wat er gebeurt).

De ligging is perfect, alleen de buren zijn kroegen/discotheken dus je valt niet in slaap als je zelf niet uit gaat.

Ruime kamer. Goede ligging als je een dag en nacht in Venlo door wilt brengen.

Te veel lawaai van het uitgaand leven. De hele nacht door. Ook de buren van een andere kamer maakte zo veel lawaai als of ze bij ons in de kamer stonden! Ook de kamer was erg stoffig (lampen) en de douche kabine niet schoon. Zet een klein koffie apparaat er neer, zullen koffie drinkers kunnen waarderen. Verder geen nooduitgang? En de ventilatie die er zit in het kozijn die trek je dicht ivm lawaai buiten. De airco warmde de kamer wel snel lekker op. Plus punt.

駅からも近く、繁華街の中にあるので、何をするにも便利です。部屋も広くとても快適に過ごすことができました。

他の人の口コミにもありましたが、繁華街の道に面している部屋に泊まると金曜日の夜は朝方まで外で騒いでいる人の声が騒がしく、あまり眠れませんでした。耳栓が置いてありましたが、目覚ましが聞こえないと困るので、私は使いませんでした。それ以外は問題ないです。

Solide Unterkunft im Herzen von Venlo. Alles da, was man braucht. Staffless B&B, aber sehr nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld!

Nächtliche Ruhe sucht man in dieser zentralen Lage natürlich vergeblich. Aber das war uns vorher bewusst!

Sehr gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Größeres Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Gerade am Wochenende ist es in der Innenstadt in den Kneipen lauter, das merkt man hier natürlich, wir wussten das vorher, für uns war dies nicht sonderlich störend.

Schöne Einrichtung, schlechter Service!

Das Apartment war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war zentral, allerdings war es deswegen nachts auch laut.

Wir haben die Kaffeetassen ungespült vom vorherigen Mieter vorgefunden. Es war weder Seife noch Duschgel vorhanden, obwohl das Vorhandensein von "Pflegeprodukten" bei der Buchung angegeben war. Nach unserer Ankunft hat der Vermieter leider weder auf unsere telefonische Rückrufbitte, noch auf unsere Nachricht über booking.com reagiert, was uns sehr geärgert hat. Auch war es nicht möglich, einen zweiten Schlüssel für das Apartment zu bekommen.

Een slaapkamer met badkamer, op begane grond aan de straatzijde

Bed was prima, we hadden onze eigen kussens mee. Douche was ook lekker warm.

Ze noemen zich een bed en breakfast, maar er zit geen ontbijt bij. Er staat een waterkoker, maar er zijn geen theezakjes of oploskoffie, alleen creamer. Er staat bij de toelichting dat er toiletartikelen zouden zijn, net als oordopjes, maar die zijn er ook niet. Een aantal lampen deden het ook niet.

Zentrale Lage aber laut

Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet, hat ein sehr gutes Boxspringbett sowie ein neuwertiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Eine kleine Kühlbox, Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee und TV ist vorhanden. Insgesamt war Zimmer 11a sehr schön und sauber. Lage super zentral, direkt an der Gastromeile.

Die Zimmer haben Glasfronten jeweils zur Strasse/Hinterhof(Parkplatz), die extrem hellhörig sind. Die Hellhörigkeit ist bekannt, man bekommt direkt Ohrstöpsel an das Bett gelegt, was man mögen muss. Bed & Breakfast heisst nicht, das man auch Frühstück bekommt. Das muss man zubuchen und in einer anderen Lokalität einnehmen.

Für Lage, Preis und Ausstattung hat es gepasst.

Die Unterkunft ist im Erdgeschoss und zum Glück eine Klimaanlage. Eine der Türen zu öffnen ist nicht möglich und bedingt zur Anlehnung an die Ladenstraße nicht sinnvoll.

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten nur zwei Tassen. Im Minikühlschrank war noch etwas vom Vormieter.

Ontzettend mooi, en schone kamer. Heel mooi interieur. Er is alles wat je nodig hebt.

De locatie, midden in het uitgaansgebied. Geen oog dicht gedaan door het lawaai van de jongeren/muziek van café. Er lag op de kamer 1 set oordopjes, heel goed dat deze er liggen. Maar was fijn geweest als er twee setjes hadden gelegen.

Dat je gelijk in het centrum stond als je de deur uitliep. Om de hoek gedineerd bij Brasserie Pausa (aanrader) Vouchers voor de koffie bij Milk waar we heerlijk hebben ontbeten. Op de kamer koffie/thee ook top De kleine koelkastje was ook top

Extra bed was een beetje doorgezakt. (Kamer 11a) Maar daar hoefden we uiteindelijk geen gebruik van te maken, want op het laatste moment ging mn man niet mee dus we waren met z'n 2tjes Er kon geen raam open of op een kier voor frisse lucht. En na het douchen wordt de hele badkamer nat. (Afzuiging en airconditioning waren wel goed) Betaald parkeren was een beetje jammer

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung aber man sollte sich ein anderes Zimmer suchen.

Die Unterkunft ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, befindet sich auch recht zentral. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Badezimmer sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Fenster gingen gar nicht auf zu machen, somit konnte man nie richtig lüften. Es ist sehr laut, da sich das Zimmer in einer belebten Straße befindet. Es gibt keine 2 Decken im Zimmer, nur eine große die man sich teilen muss. Nicht schön, wenn 2 Männer anreisen. Aber das aller schlimmste ist, dass ein Frühstück dazu gebucht wurde. Man erwartet ein reichhaltiges Frühstück im Cafe. Am Ende wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nur ein Frühstück von 12,50€ p.P. dazu gebucht haben was gar nicht über Booking funktioniert. Die Männer hatten Hunger und haben am Ende für den Preis nur ein Croissant, ein Saft und ein Joghurt erhalten. Also reine abzocke. Man kann die hinterlegte Nummer anrufen oder schreiben wie man möchte, es meldet sich sowieso keiner.
