Hidden gem tucked away just outside Pitlochry
The house was lovely and well maintained. There were plenty of facilities available. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was well equipped.
Showers took a while to heat up (to be half-expected in a house that size). There was some initial miscommunication around booking and deposit costs.

The house is beautifuly situated in the countryside with beautiful gardens. Very clean.
I didn't like the fact that the hot tub was turned off at 10pm, I mean we booked the house for a birthday and all the girls got together just felt like we had to keep quiet all the time. The host did extend the time to 11:30 after we complained that after we get back from sight seeing we would like to use the hot tub and promised not to make noise. I think they should specify that restrictions online. The dvd player doesn't work as in the volume.

Great place for a family holiday, with all activities only a short drive away.
location to activities, the hot tub, size of the of all the rooms for a large family holiday. good parking area with outdoor space for eating outside.
bedroom 5 was a lot smaller than the others, with no tv and no storage for clothes. total lack of water pressure when all using the showers in the mornings. also a washing machine and dryer would have been great on a long holiday.

Can't wait to return.
The house is amazing, perfect location. We had such a good time staying here we will definitely be going back. Hot tub was cleaned regularly, the kitchen was well equipped. Very close to the local restaurants and distillerys. Hosts were great any minor issues were sorted out straight away.
