Unique and private spa in an old kirk

Amazing apartment: smart home equipped old kirk in a lovely Scottish village at the countryside. We really enjoyed our morning tea in a wooden hot pot in this unique wellness area! So nice and friendly landlady - thank you soooo much!

Excellent well equipped lodge/apartment. Highly recommend and great for staying with little ones!

We had a fantastic stay in the lodge/apartment. It is superbly equipped and as good as described. The spa is amazing and the hot tub is a real treat. It has all the facilities needed with a well equipped kitchen which is very cleverly designed to make the use of the small space. It has 3 separate toilets and showers so you never have to wait! The bedroom is good size and the bed is super comfy. We were staying with our little one (2 year old) and the hosts could not have done more, there was a little box of toys, a great travel cot, plates and cutlery for kids and a high chair. Would definitely recommend to stay here and the host (Cherie) is easy to get hold off and quick to repsonse to WhatsApp when/if needed. Thanks again!

It is expensive, but you get what you pay for! Oh and the lighting takes a bit of getting used too...! For some reason the blind in the bedroom loved to randomly open even when in night mode but we were probably doing something wrong.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is very accessible for non-drivers arriving from Glasgow areas. The home is extremely thought out in terms of facilities, design, and comfort. Although remote at the time the hosts were fast to respond to any questions throughout our stay. The photos do not do the home justice. A must stay for anyone visiting Stirling.

Cannot fault the accommodation or the hosts. It was a little tricky using the lighting systems in the lounge/extra bedroom since we were not used to staying in a smart-home

Hidden gem that is perfect for all kinds of stays with hosts who really care.

Easy keyless entry, amazing hosts, Tim and Cherie were beyond brill. The property is spacious, well equipped and a fantastic get away. The use of space is brill too. The location is fab and there is a local farm coffee shop near as well as some beautiful walks of various levels. The spa area was wonderful, and amazing to have it inside the house. Amazing to see all that inside such a beautifully preserved and modernised building that has clearly had a lot of love poured into its renovation.

Nothing I can out here, I've stayed in a good amount of Airbnb and this was the best overall.

pictures did not do the place justice! so spacious and high tech! loved the location and apartment. all the facilities (not just the fantastic spa but all bathrooms are fab, kitchen and beds amazing! tvs massive) We can’t wait to come back again for another relaxing break!

Ideal location for stay-cation luxury!

One of the most stunning self-catering accommodations I’ve ever experienced. The home had smart automations and was very easy to manage. The Spa left us speechless, extremely luxurious and it was great fun just getting to pop into the tub for a time, followed by some relaxation in the sauna, a quick cool down under the waterfall shower, and repeat. Absolutely awesome!

A bit of hedonism in the Scottish countryside.

Self catering with good selection of crockery, equipment etc. It's a "smart" house which is a bit quirky to gey used to. The excellent private sauna and hot tub were wonderful. Weather meant patio was not much use. Very private accommodation.

The "welcome" email with door code did not arrive, but the host quickly appeared. A washing machine in the kitchen would have been useful. Otherwise fine

Beautiful, hi-tech home and spa near lots to do!

It’s very beautiful with a lovely little yard; beds are comfy; easy parking if no one is in the spot (as the owner indicates), and it’s well within ease of visiting many wonderful sites.

The owner expects you to read an entire manual before settling in in order to understand the functionality of the home, which is “smart”, in addition to their list of expectations.

The whole annexe was done to such a high standard. The spa was amazing!

We struggled with the lighting in the bedroom but that's more a reflection of our tech ability!

This place is a hi tech accomodation but there was no handover it was like being given the keys to the space shuttle with no training. If the owner had bothered to walk us through the property it could have been great but was a pain in the arse few days. If we knew it would be like this would not have booked.
