Hotel that will truly provide good local spirit experience and enjoying the stay

Great position of the hotel offers ease of visiting the whole Berovo area. Several terraces provided enjoying the peace of the nature in any part of the day. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. The hotel serves good local specialties.

Perfect location, delicious food and very friendly staff.

I cannot say there's something that I didn't like, except that it was very hot in the room, (even with windows opened). Everything else was perfect, all done for high satisfaction of guests.

The staff was super friendly and trying to accommodate our needs at any time. The food in the restaurant is super delicious, the best you'll find. They prepare plenty of traditional specialties from Maleshevo region.

There was live music in the restaurant and it was very loud, as if they were playing in our room. It ended at midnight, so it shouldn't bother you if you can join the party, which we couldn't.

Everything! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was exceptional. The staff was polite and did everything we asked. We will definitely return again for more days.

Great location, amazing food and the cleanliness.

Perhaps, there should be a thermostat in the room that will let the guests regulate the temperature in the rooms. The heating was set on high at night, it was impossible to sleep.

The staff was surprisingly excellent. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and polite. The spa was good, and the food was amazing. And the view from the restaurant was refreshing and relaxing.

The room was not cleaned properly, ther was a lot of dust on the bed, and the bathroom door and shower cabin were not cleaned properly.

The key stuff is the same as 5 years ago. So they are doing what really matters really good! Manastir hotel, has the warmth and the feel as you are at your friends grandma place, with traditional extremely well prepared food and yet the service is highly organized and smooth.
