Overall, the staff made it a good time for our stay.

Great staff, loved the unlimited coffee and free breakfast. The blazing hot water was also so refreshing and nice!

The elevator was not working and we had to go up and down six floors of stairs to the 6th floor, not the most pleasant. Also the rooms were fairly cold due to the limit on what they could set temperatures on.

a pleasant stay with great staff

The reception staff were excellent. There was a middle-aged gentleman at reception who was extremely kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Considering the price, the accommodation was very good value for money. The staff were always available when needed, and the security level was very high, which made us feel safe and comfortable. The room did not initially have a hair dryer, but as soon as we asked, one was provided immediately. There is no coffee machine in the room; however, there is a coffee machine in the corridor that guests can use freely, which was very convenient. The room itself was small but nicely decorated and well designed to maximize the use of space.

Good location, nice and clean.

The hotel is situated a 5-7 minute walk from a train station, which allows you to catch two trains into the Paris central. It also is located near some fast food restaurants, nice cuisine and markets/supermarkets. The breakfast had a nice variety; fruit, pastries, juices. The staff were always polite and approachable. The television in our room allowed us to log into our YouTube so we could watch from it. The bathroom was clean. Our room was cleaned daily.

The bathtubs are slightly small (I am 5’5 and struggled to fit in). The bathroom was clean for the most part.

good enough

good location, not too far from the local station and very easy to get into the centre. staff were nice and the room was a good size. nearby restaurants are open till quite late, so I felt quite safe as a solo female traveller.

bedding and towels are not changed daily unless requested but it is difficult to inform staff that you want your bedding changed. would be nice if there was a way to tell the staff, e.g. another hanger sign to make it easier. the ac was quite limited, wasn't cold/warm enough for my liking at times and it was a little bit noisy. there was also a stain above the pillow on the wall (likely from other people leaning their heads on the wall) which should be cleaned! around 100€ per night

Great location just outside the city centre, especially for La Defense Arena. Few mins walk from metro stop, shops and restaurants. Good free breakfast. Big comfy bed.

Nice hotel train ride away from city

We loved the breakfast! The little weariness and sticky floor of the room were forgotten when we got freshly squeezed orange juice! Also the staff was super friendly, it was nice to get water to our room from downstairs and it was easy to travel to the city centre by train. The neighbourhood felt safe with kids. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the three single beds!

The room was ok but a bit worn out. The floor was sticky - perhaps there was some detergent on it or something… and with two kids, a toilet brush would have been appreciated 🤭

Lovely, always available and helpful staff. The location is great and peaceful, very safe as it's near a police station, it's a tiny bit far from Paris centre but it's easily reachable with public transport. There's a train station very near. They offer good and variated breakfast.

Although the rooms are small they are quite nice. The stairs were a tiny bit uncomfortable and the elevator was quite small.

A great hotel in a nice area on the edge of Paris but close enough to see all the sights

The location was great for access to central Paris and an event we were going to in La Defense. The area around the hotel was also nice, with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast arrangements were great, with a lovely little courtyard to eat in. Rooms were comfortable - the triple was perfect for three large ‘kids’

Poor noise cancellation(0/10)😞

the breakfast is good

the noise cancelling is extremely bad. I lived in two rooms here. I can hear very clearly what my neighbours were doing in both rooms. Cannot even sleep at night because of the poor noise cancellation. I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Too annoying

Great place. 2 min walk to train station, amazing service but bathroom is small.

Christian our host was amazing. He let us check in early due to the room being ready and check out late, all with a smile on his face. The room didn’t have an iron or hairdryer but that was given when asked. They even offered to iron my shirt as they saw me struggling.

The room is slightly small and the shower is around a 50cm cube and the bathroom is very small. Still usable

The staff are welcoming and supportive. They manage to find a room for us when we reached at 12.30, before check in time.

Lift is very small. The common area is not always clean. The room is extremely small, if you open your suitcase, you can barely move in the room The bathroom is extremely extremely small. You cannot move when taking a bath, else you either hit the wall or door No option for vegan/vegan. Only bread, butter, cheese and coffee. No hygiene for breakfast facility. The butter and cheese are in a small fridge on a plate and everyone take from there. No individual butter and cheese.
