I trusted the staff to leave my luggage safely at their luggage room, as I was exploring Paris. To come back to an opened bag and a suitcase I couldn’t get into anymore (I had to find a key smith myself to repair it) and find items broken within my suitcase. No idea what happened to my stuff, but when I called for explanation and if they could help me, I was left with the answer to go figure it out myself and that they had no cameras so they couldn’t help me out. I felt helpless at this point and it was a real disappointment.

Great place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Paris Tribe Clichy Hotel! The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel is new and modern, with a stylish design and a fresh, clean atmosphere throughout. My room was surprisingly spacious, especially by Paris standards, and included a private terrace which was a fantastic bonus — perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. The location is also a big plus — it’s situated in Clichy, a newly developing area just outside Paris city center, with easy access to public transport so getting into central Paris was quick and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, style, and a great base for exploring Paris. Would definitely stay again!

Mezza pensione da rivedere

Lo staff era molto gentile, anche se molte persone continuamente nuove e non esperte erano presenti. All inizio non capivano che già era stato pagato. Poi è arrivata una ragazza più esperta ed ha capito. Ottimo avere l acqua sempre a disposizione, pulizia molto buona e posizione accettabile .

Il letto non è matrimoniale ma due singoli attaccati molto scomodi per le coppie. Inoltre la mezza pensione è stata un disastro. Potevamo scegliere solo un antipasto ed un piatto principale tra un menù ristretto di 3/4 cose e alla fine di queste ne mancavano anche sempre qualcuna non disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato quasi sempre la stessa cosa. L ultimo giorno il ragazzo dello staff si è reso conto e gentilmente ci ha concesso di scegliere altro fuori da quella lista ristretta. Per questo dico staff molto gentile, ma regola della mezza pensione disagiante per chi resta più giorni . Non c e per niente varietà nel menù.

Nous avons été impressionnés par la taille de la chambre, immense !mais nous avons appris le lendemain que nous avions été upgradés dans une chambre xxl! A revoir donc dans une chambre standard! Très bonne insonorisation ! Proximité du métro

Le réceptionniste de nuit, j’appelle en direct pour lui demander s’il a des chambres de disponible, il me répond que non il y a plus rien, il est complet, je vais sur Booking surprise, j’en trouve une comme quoi… Merci Booking. Je lui dis, il y a deux taxes de séjour alors que ma fille n’a que 13 ans il me dit oui c’est normal c’est à partir de 11 ans OK pourquoi pas ? Bizarrement le lendemain matin j’en parle avec le réceptionniste qui me fait mon check Out, il me dit : laissez-moi voir ça monsieur, OK je vous en enlève une c’est normal, votre fille n’a que 13 ans. Comme quoi il faut toujours réclamer son du donc si la personne de nuit n’a pas envie de travailler qu’il le dise directement.

Modernes Hotel mit sehr gutem Komfort

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon in der 6. Etage. Die moderne Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels und des Zimmers haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so konnten wir am Abreisetag unsere Koffer noch im Hotel deponieren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und vielfältig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken.

Die Aufbewahrungskapazitäten für Bekleidung (Fächer, Kleiderstange, Haken) im Zimmer waren sehr begrenzt und für uns zu wenig. Im modernen Badezimmer hätten wir uns zusätzliche Haken für die Handtücher gewünscht. Leider funktionierte die Heizung in unserem Zimmer nicht einwandfrei.

Pratique mais prix trop élevé pour le standing

Accueil rapide et agréable. Petit hôtel donc ce n’est pas un hall de gare.

Les chambres sont très petites, la Clim n’est pas réglable et peu souffler énormément (gelée) ou pas du tout (l’enfer de la literie trop chaude). Aussi située au dessus du lit donc pas du tout agréable. Couloir et chambre très sombre. Prix à la nuit chère pour peu de « bonus » aucun kit de voyage par exemple donc il faut tout prévoir à part le savon si on ne reste que 1 nuit. Ils veulent prendre 50€ par nuit au cas où on irait au buffet. J’ai pu refuser mais il faut le préciser. Salle de bain mal nettoyée. Accès au wifi sous condition de se connecter et partager ses informations…

Service catastrophique, À fuir pour 146€ la nuit !! - accueil : la personne en charge de l’accueil semblait fatiguée par son travail, nous avons eu droit à des soupirs à la moindre question - fonctionnent du bar : 22h le bar est fermée et refus de proposer même un café, malgré l’employée en charge du bar qui discute avec ses amis pendant plus d’une heure -late checkout : aucune flexibilité de l’hôtel, pour un depart à 13h vs 12h demande de payer 40€ en supplément .. pour rappel prix de la nuit à 146€ ==> honteux - chambre : demande 3 jours avant (appel téléphonique en anticipation) d’avoir une chambre côté cour et non côté rue, demande non respectée - en conclusion : très mauvais service client, staff non professionnel

Перфектни комфортни и високи легла, с удобни въглавници, осигуряващи качествен сън и възстановяване след голямото разглеждане на прекрасния Париж! Стаята е достатъчно голяма, удобно обзаведена със всичко необходимо, включително кафе машина Неспресо с редовен сет за перфектното кафе, и кана за чай. Оставена е стъклена ботилка за вода с възможност да си пълниш прясна вода от машина на етажа. Чистотата е безупречна, ежедневно се почиства стаята и се сменят хавлии. Банята е прекрасно оборудвана. Допълнителни удобства в стаята-вертикална гладачна система и сешоар, мини сейф, ТВ с огромен избор на канали и интернет. Персоналът на хотела е много любезен, усмихнат и гостоприемен. Закуската е перфектна, здравословна и разнообразна, даже най-добрата! Дизайнът в хотела зарежда с позитивно и добро настроение. Местоположението му е на 5мин от метрото, в хубав район-Клиши с много заведения, магазини, в близост до реката.

При настаняването ни изненадаха на рецепцията, че трябва задължително да оставим депозит за допълнителни екстри, които може да ползваме-ресторант за обяд или вечеря, коктейл бара на покрива. Депозитът беше въртат до 3 дни след напускането на хотела, т.к. не сме го ползвали. Може би трябва да се предупреди за този депозит при резервацията.

Sconsigliata la cena perché poca scelta e più da fast food che da albergo, anche se la qualità era buona ,mancanza totale di verdure. In camera mancano appendini e le prese sono in posizioni poco accessibili. Il terrazzo dell'albergo poco usufruibile perché alle 23 chiudeva.. La pulizia negli spazi comuni migliorabile
