Breakfast is not that great but can adjust to fill the gap. Another good gesture that they offered me a coffee at no charge, as I was about leave at 6.30 am for the airport. Only Good part is that the Metro Mairie de Clichy is just 3 minutes walk a way.

The hotel is centrally located, staff is very nice and cleaning is great. My room was quite small, compared to the other rooms of same category and it had a vent channel so it was rather cold this time of year since the A/C didn't work properly. Besides that, my bed was rather u-shaped - the hotel should consider replacing/checking the beds.

Absolutely impressed with this hotel - great value, location, transport links, friendly staff. Only conern was the lift which was small.

This property is so quaint, and provides an amazing experience. It’s different from the typical American stay, but if you truly want to experience France in a non- tourist way, it is perfect. The staff is incredible and they make you feel right at home

Our stay was very comfortable. Checked in quite late at night but was smooth. Room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided. The room was decent size for the price had an A/C which helped.

Extremely small bathroom!! Sitting on the toilet meant your knees touched the wall in front of you. And as a woman of 5ft 6 I’m not that tall.. I imagine someone at 6ft+ would really struggle. The shower also really small and you have to step over the toilet to get in and out of the shower cubicle. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. The air conditioning didn’t work - it kept reverting back to the heating setting. When we mentioned this to the concierge they didn’t seem to take it seriously. We probably should have pushed this further but decided to leave it. Concierge not always very helpful. We were in Paris during the biggest train strike since 1995 and nobody really helped us to find alternate methods of transport. Brilliant when we asked them to order us a taxi to go home. Can’t comment on the food because we didn’t use the breakfast service. The cleaner was immense. And came back twice on one day because I was really ill, so she cleaned in stages so as not to disturb me. Really pleasant lady also!
