Nice hotel situated in the countryside outside Rouen; front desk staff member was very helpful and friendly; rooms were a decent size and beds comfy; plenty of parking and felt quite secure
We arrived during a heatwave and the hotel has no air-conditioning and all the desk fans had been handed out to other guests so rooms were noisier than usual and less comfortable than we hoped for - but the hotel staff did what they could to make the stay more comfortable!
