Staff were lovely from the front desk to bar staff. Excellent food had a delicious burger and drinks were a reasonable price as well. Rooms were clean and very easy to find.

Large, spacious and comfortable family room. The room.was a perfect temperature.
Lovely warm swimming pool, and the health suite facilities were great.
There was no hot water when we were there!

Bar and brasserie were very good, food was ok. Service good.
Rooms was tired and tatty, really needs some investment if you're going to charging £130 a night. Furniture items looked out of a pretty poor thrift shop - just not up to Mercure standards
