Nice and easy check in. Junior Suite was a lovely room. Spa was very nice although the additional £20 per person per day even though we had 2 treatments booked in. This wasn’t really made clear until we arrived.

The hotel was very nice . A lovely welcome with the staff . The room was perfect , spotless and everything you needed for the stay in the room . The Resteruant was lovely the food was exceptional in the evening and fantastic breakfast the following morning . The hotel was outside and inside very clean , the grounds are very pretty .

Lovely upgraded room as was special birthday celebration. Room was spotless, staff very friendly and welcoming. Can't fault the breakfast. Everything was just as I wanted it. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again.

This is a lovely place to stay, the only minor niggle was the wifi signal was weak. The spa is the best spa I have ever been to and I am keen to return.

Hotel room excellent except no shower gel or shampoo in the shower/bath. Both dispensers empty. Also bathroom fan not working. Only stayed one night so not worth complaining. Controls for the air conditioning could have been clearer. Without a torch they were difficult to see so perhaps better lighting. Bed very comfortable and a fridge was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast wasn't the best, both fried eggs and scrambled eggs were cold and unappetising. Limited pastry selection compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Other breakfast items of a good standard. All hotel staff very efficient and friendly, especially the lady on reception who lives or lived in Penrhyn Bay who realised I wasn't used to staying in an hotel and made me feel very welcome. Thank you.

Excellent room -was clean and fresh with all relevant amenities provided.i.e., tea/coffee, iron etc. Food was very good at a good price whilst breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone in addition to none rationed. The Spa was great value and a welcome addition. Will definitely stay here again.

Food quality excellent unfortunately no cheese board. Staff very attentive & service was excellent. No request too much trouble. Highly recommended & would stay there again. Only issue would be lack of drawer space in rooms.

The stay was very good, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the sink wasn’t very clean on arrival. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.
