The room was lovely, spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and lovely shower! The receptionist were really nice though the staff in the garden room (restaurant) could improve. The male staff were pleasant enough though some of the female staff need to Improve their customer service.

We had a very nice stay. Everything I would expect from Doubletree Hilton. Very clean and tidy, the staff were extremely helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast team were smiley, chatty and happy to help. Thank you to all and we would stay again.
