The location was lovely and set in lovely grounds, staff we dealt with were very nice especially the bar staff
Room was a good size with basic facilities
Ceiling of the spar had a large amount of mould on it which was very off putting and lead to us not using our entire spa time.
Understandable the high level of moisture and warmth in the area but as a known condition for mould I think more action should be taken to prevent or regularly remove affected areas, due to the size of the area you could tell it has been there for awhile.

Beautiful setting and close to city. Good choice for breakfast.
For the money we paid for a 4 day stay, I constantly had to request towels for the room. When housekeeping cleaned our room they only left enough towels for one person.
