Arrived to great reception from Nancy,room at first looked lovely, wanted a bath but bath grimy,dusty and dry from cleaning chemicals, so decided against, lots of dust round skirting boards, and bedside table,we used the ironing board and it collapsed close to my feet,luckily I moved out of the way.It took two of us to put it back together.Slept ok,comfy bed.nice and dark in the room.Woke up due to cleaning staff hoovering outside of the door.Really let down,informed staff at reception.Hope things look better for the next guests.
