Nice clean room and great breakfast and dinner. Be careful about the way Expedia advertise this hotel. We booked as it had a swimming pool but missed the very very small section 9 scrolls down in the hotel information that there was an additional charge to use the pool, leaving us with an additional bill for £40 for 2 of us for 2 hours. Probably wouldn't have booked here if I'd have seen this. The hotel is nice enough but if you are looking for a hotel with a swimming pool be careful to read the very small print!

Great room and friendly staff. Lovely location slightly out of Chester on lovely grounds but only 5min drive into the town. Breakfast was good and the rooms clean and generously sized.

Beautiful hotel, clean, spacious rooms, good service fron reception and a yummy chocolate cookie on arrival!
Food is expensive and not much of a variety so decided to eat out. Spa was very relaxing with a pool, outdoor/indoor jacuzzi, stream rooms, sauna and aroma room. Plenty of beds available around 4pm but became busier after 5. Overall had a lovely time and we look forward to our next stay!
