Spacious room, renovated property except the kitchen. In winter you can go walking to the mall.

Night reception doesn't solve anything. Hot shower water doesn't reach to wash the hair it stays hot for 10 minutes only.

Second trip to Dubai and stayed again at the same hotel apartments. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment and was upgraded to a superior one. Excellent facilities and location. It was lovely to see Yossef again from the reception, outstanding service, smiles and suggestions from him and the entire reception team. They also allowed us a late check out as we had an evening flight which made all the difference for us. Mr. Siddique was also still there from the kitchen staff making his delicious omelets. Mustafa from room cleaning was very professional and thorough, making sure everything was washed, tidied and neat! Overall an excellent experience once again.

Breakfast was always the same, not that it wasn’t good but I feel it could use an upgrade.

The space in the room, the convenient location and the very kind and helpful staff. I even extended my stay since I felt very comfortable and again the staff was so nice and flexible with my ask.

We had an excellent experience during our stay at the Rose Garden Hotel Apartments. Every request or concern we had was addressed promptly and with great care. The staff were always attentive and available whenever we needed assistance. A special mention goes to Saiful at the concierge (I hope I’ve got the name right) — he was incredibly helpful throughout our five-day stay, offering us valuable travel and transport tips. If I ever visit Dubai again, or if my friends and family do, I will wholeheartedly recommend Rose Garden — not only for their exceptional hospitality but also for the hotel’s perfect location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and key attractions. We were initially quite anxious as this was our first trip with our two-year-old and weren’t sure how accommodating the hotel would be. To our delight, the team was very helpful and made us feel very welcoming.

1. Location 2. Room size 3. Staff service- we checked in at 1am mid night yet receptionist was available- support staff was available- there is a pharmacy and super market right outside Cleaning staff Manish & Mushtaq were really helpful and polite.

I stayed here for 50 nights during my relocation abroad. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel truly at home throughout my stay. Special thanks to: •Bedraj, who kept my room spotless every single day. Since we are Japanese, he often greeted us in Japanese with a warm smile and showed such gentle and thoughtful care — it really helped us a lot. •Tufayel, who always made sure my children were safe around the pool and gym. He often chatted with us in a friendly way and even shared his own snacks and treats with the kids. His kindness and warmth created such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere every day. •Lorna, the head supervisor, who regularly came by our room in person just to ask if everything was okay or if there was anything she could do for us. Her personal attention and genuine care gave us a real sense of comfort and reassurance — something you rarely experience in hotels. •Saiful, who helped us many times at the front desk with our luggage and other tasks. Since we stayed for 50 consecutive nights, we had several very large and heavy bags to move, yet he always took care of everything with a smile and told us, “Don’t worry, I’ll handle it.” His professionalism and hospitality were truly outstanding — he never made us feel like we were asking too much. They all went above and beyond to make our long stay incredibly comfortable. I will definitely come back here for my next long-term stay. You won’t find another hotel with such an amazing team and level of hospitality. Thank you so much for your professionalism, your warm smiles, and for creating the best home away from home. I’m truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.

The customer service from the staff, all of them were excellent, especially Juwell our house cleaner, he is just exceptional and very good for business. He takes customer service as a personal responsibility which is rare to find in business.

The combined toilet and bathroom where we had to use towels to stop the water from spreading all over the bathroom floors. This needs improvement but the accommodation unit was very good and well maintained

Neat and clean

Location is congested and no parking in front of the hotel.

A shout out for very dedicated staff Juwel and Saif ul islam. They really know how to welcome their guest. Highly recommended.

This is not my first stay at rose garden, whenever I drop to Dubai I come here without hesitation,. (extending my stay here by the time I'm writing this review) Staff are really helpful and at service anytime of the day, their hospitality is remarkable. Rooms are clean and housekeeping are super careful with the belongings.. You have refreshed lingee and kitchen is kept clean and at use any time. Very useful for long stays. I haven't tried breakfast to comment on it, Area is a minute away from metro station in a walking distance to MOE surrounded by shops and restaurants.

I wish the gym was a bit bigger or equipments are enhanced although the existing does the purpose.

The studio apartment was very good and the hotel is in a convenient location next to a metro station and large shopping mall (MOE). The breakfast was very good with a wide healthy selection. I will stay again

Maybe the floors can be redone and the furniture might be a bit out dated but still good. In some cases the floors looked damper and maybe retiling in the kitchen area would greatly improve
