Recommended hotel

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable and spacious bed. Value for money. Close to Mall of the Emirates.

There is no space for car park during check in, we have to park the car near the entry gate.

Location is not far from a metro station which is the most positive point about this hotel. There is a water dispenser in the room. Breakfast was average.

The surroundings, honestly i see no point to stay there, it's far from every touristic attraction and not even beautiful. Moreover, I was very disappointed when entering my room. the hotel photos correspond to a version of the room like 10 years ago! the tiles part of the floor was sticky, the carpet very worn, with coffee stains. one of the twin beds sheets were damp. I do not recommend.

All in all, no complaints. Just a few minutes walk from the insurance market tram station

Not price worth

Upon my arrival I was put in a floor of smoking , although I am a non smoker, the room was awful, it was smelly , the air conditioning was not working properly , when asked the receptionist said, no it is not a smoking floor but some room are for smokers and maybe the smell is coming from those, this justification was just not correct , I asked for changing the room but the only one available was for the disabled people which was not absolutely clean as well , so I spent a horrific night until the next day I have been put in another floor which was 7 th.

Great value for the money with perfect staff

The hotel pool is really nice, giving you the chill vibes. I also have to appreciate their proffessional hairdryer. The staff was nice, especially during the breakfasts and also at the front office. Great loacation near the metro and value for the money. I stayed at this hotel for the 5th time so in general I really like it but..

..this time it wasn’t all perfect unfortunately. We ran into a problem on our arrival with the rooms (1 bed missing and smell like after ciggarets in nonsmoking room) but it was all handled very well by the staff withing a couple of minutes. However in one of our room we found used cover from condom which didn’t give us the cleanliness feeling. Also the breakfast is really good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s mostly still the same every day so after couple of days I didn’t know what to get. Last tiny point - I’ve mentioned the missing shoehorn in the reviews 3-4x and I was always assured that they will look into it - well, nothing happened, there’s still no shoehorn at the room (and I don’t think it’s somehow expensive tool).

I love this hotel because of friendly, helpful staff and the convenient location. I stay at this hotel every year (due to the proximity to the main areas) and everything is still clean. The hotel has not changed for the worse as it happens.

Lovely, clean hotel and friendly staff

Very nice staff, clean rooms and a very convenient location for tourist hotspots such as JBR and the Mall of the Emirates which are nearby on the metro and cheap to go in taxis. Would highly recommend this hotel for others looking to stay here.

Maybe that they don’t have smart TVs but wasn’t a big deal. Also pool timings can be longer.

Very nice hotel and great value for money, It was the staff that made the stay even better though!

Loved the location just 5mins walk to the Metro. Also the free breakfast was very good , nice selection and amazing Waffles ! plus its unlimited until 10.30am. Pool was nice even if a bit small Best bit were the amazing Staff very Friendly and helpful big shout out to Bar manager Yudi ! who was an awesome guy who gave my advice on the best ways to get around the city and on the Metro and what apps to use etc ! He is a great cocktail maker to so make sure you see him for the daily happy hour specials !! inc banging Mojio's!

Gym was poor and very small , only one machine and one bench ! expected better from a Hilton branch ! Pool area small and limited to just 6 loungers so you have to be quick out the blocks to snag one or go out when its over 40c when no one goes to the roof top lol !! Wifi was hot or miss and for someone reason every day about lunchtime it was no existent for while like it was being reset ! which is pain if like me you work remotely and rely on good internet ! TV channels to Arabic and no International channels apart from CNN

The hotel is magnificent, with excellent facilities and a spectacular breakfast. The metro station is just a five-minute walk away, and there are restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets nearby. Quenie was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel
