Location and basic facility, nothing too fancy

The cleanness could be improved. The towels were missing in my room, and the plastic of the shower head came off... There was a sim card on the floor from another guest so it was not vacuumed properly in guess.

Its in a good location but due to the road works, it takes really long to reach the property and get out to sheikh zayed road. Starbucks in the property has limited option and that too is not available

The location

The room facilities, like tv . Its not a smart tv. Moreover room was very small. And I requested to the receptionist for my husband birthday cake. But she told me , she will provide. But nothing happened. Even before check in the room i make sure . 😔

The location is top, 5 min walking from Mall of The Emirates. The looby looks nice and breakfast is decent.

They gave us a smoking room and the smell was unbearable, even after I reached home my whole chothes were smelling like tabaco...ewww! The only window of the room was towards the breakfast hall, basically we had to stay with the courtains closed at any point of our trip otherwise the people who were dinning could see into our room. Not a very good room for a prestigious hotel chain like Rotana. I was quite disapointed.

“Almost everything was good, but the atmosphere at the pool was too calm — it could have been more lively. The breakfast was nice, but the menu was repetitive and should have changed daily. And spacial thanks rina and khalifa .

On the first night, I requested a pillow and a carpet from the reception, but they didn’t send them. Breakfast variety and pool atmosphere is not good .

1. A great balance of price and value. 2. The location is central—close to the metro and a shopping mall, making it easy to reach all parts of the city. 3. The staff are very friendly, solution-oriented, and always helpful. 4. The open buffet lunch option for just 40 AED was a great bonus. 5. I stayed in a suite—it was quite spacious and even had a small kitchenette. The storage spaces were also well-designed and practical. 6. 24 Hours Open Gym

1. Be careful when booking, one of the room types has windows facing the inner courtyard and feels quite dark. I accidentally booked that type and had to pay extra for an upgrade. 2. Some of the furnishings like the curtains and carpets are a bit worn out and could use some maintenance.

old TV, old telephone, odd posiioning of the room with no natural light, one glass wall facing lower and upper floors and elevators, felt like anyone could see into the room. no balcony and no access to outside world. very odd.

The bed headboard was discolored in clear need of maintainance. There were several stains on the curtain. Rooms lack maintainance. The room service food was not great it used to be better
