    Is good place to stay. Staff is supportive and polite. Carpet was stained while bedding was clean. Hotel does not have its own free parking for customers.

    Perfect! Service is fast, got to check in as early as 1:30 pm since the rooms are already ready by that time even though the official check in time is at 3:00 pm. Kudos to the staff! Thank you. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will come back if given the chance. It was very convenient that the hotel itself is located near Deira City Center , Deira Bus Station & Deira Metro Station, so if you are planning to go somewhere, hassle will be out of the question.

    I had originally booked Copthorne Hotel for 15th–16th. Unfortunately, on the same day, I mistakenly made another booking with Reya Creek Hotel for 15th–16th at around 11:00 PM, when what I actually needed was 16th–17th. I immediately realized the mistake and contacted Reya Creek Hotel, hoping they could simply change the dates to 16th–17th. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to make any adjustment. Because of this, I was forced to check in on the 16th and check out the same day at around 3:00 PM, despite having paid for the reservation. I completely accept responsibility for making the wrong booking, but I believe a hotel can show some understanding and flexibility when a genuine booking mistake is reported promptly. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the unwillingness to offer any reasonable solution. Even a simple date change would have resolved the situation. I hope the management will consider being more understanding and customer-focused in similar situations in the future. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I left disappointed with the way my situation was handled.
