The reception team deserves particular recognition. They looked after my family around the clock, consistently treating us with respect and responding to every difficulty with care and determination. They made full use of the authority and discretion available to them to resolve every obstacle we encountered. Their continued support gave my family a reassuring sense of security, knowing that responsible and dependable people were always there for us. I would especially like to commend Joy, Feliston and Abdul on the day shift, and Bilal on the night shift. Each of them made a meaningful contribution through their professionalism, kindness and personal commitment. Their efforts deserve individual acknowledgment and formal recognition from management.     The rule here is 100 AED per visitor. I stayed for 4 days and they told me they can only give me water once. They are very hungry for money. The receptionists are rude and forcing you to pay immediately for your visitor. They fix my AC many time but still hot.they didn’t give consideration that the ac is hot and they didn’t make me feel comfortable with my whole stay!!!

    This is basically a three star property (and not 5 - star). The corridor was smelling like hell. A bit of walk from Metro. But the behavior of the entire staff and the desk was excellent/helpful.
