We had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. We would especially like to thank Melissa at the reception for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Her excellent customer service truly reflects the highest standard of hospitality. We also want to recognize Ms. Pamela from the Food & Dining team. She is very approachable, helpful, and always greets every guest with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude and excellent service made every dining experience enjoyable. Both Melissa and Ms. Pamela are outstanding employees and true assets to Hampton by Hilton. They represent the hotel with excellence, and hope the company recognizes and values their dedication. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

I booked the hotel because of the Hilton brand, but I was surprised that it was not near the standard expected from the brand. I just escaped without having any scratches on my car, which was parked in Basement 2, the way to the basement was too narrow. There was no drinking water provided, and I was asked to take water from the closet wash basin, which was said to be drinkable. It was really awkward, so I purchased water from outside. The positives were the staff, especially the receptionist, and the food.
