Al Khoory Apartments were a comfortable good value stay.

I have been staying in Al Barsha for a number of years now and this is one of my selected preferences for a stopover. The area has got a lot busier over the years but it is ideally located for the Metro and Mall with lots of options for food. The staff have always been excellent and the apartments clean and good value. The pool area has been improved and kept in good clean order.

The studio I had had a washing machine but there was no drying facility.

Good location, close to the metro station. Room is big. Breakfast is good.

First night we stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was a bit of old. The next two nights we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Very spacious, and it’s newer.

Really impressive place to stay in Al Barsha with excellent facilities - thoroughly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff at Reception (Rushani & Imran). The Apartment was large (huge), spacious and airy and spotless thanks to Shariff. Excellent bathrooms and showers, comfortable beds and plenty of seats plus 3 TVs

Not enough kitchen implements but these were sorted out quickly by the staff.

Bad experience with Al Khoory Hotel Apartment

Some staffs goes to the extra mile.Staff Ganesh is very nice and always gives good advice.Goes to the extra miles

We requested for late check out.At times of check in(we came late due to flight delay and the transort who were supposed to fetch us had issues with airport and because of this we came hotel late.It was not our fault!!)We requested for late check out.Verbally it was a yes but at time of check out, we were requested to pay for one day additional!Despite our justified explanation, we were given only 3 hours additional time.We were in a complete pressure for check out. Our luggages were not stored locked in the luggage room but were kept outside. They mean only business and there is no humanity understanding though we said we have a small child with us and need to bath him etc but they were heartless.Dubai logo everywhere is to treat child and women a priority but this was not the case.

Our family stay at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments in Al Barsha was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was excellent. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-appointed, giving us all the room we needed to relax without being on top of each other. Having separate living and sleeping areas, along with a kitchenette, made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient than a standard hotel room. The location is incredibly convenient. It's situated in a great area with easy access to the main roads and the metro, making it simple to get to Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, and other major attractions. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets, and good restaurants within a short walking or driving distance. Most importantly, everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was right there. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and the helpful, friendly staff, the hotel truly thought of all the essentials. It provided the perfect balance of hotel service and apartment privacy.

The furniture in our room was slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh, but it was perfectly functional and comfortable.

Excellent value for money

Great value for money. Good location near to mall and metro and has underground free parking. Very clean no smells. Large 2 bedroom apartment fully equipped. Was impressed considering it is cheap there is no compromise on quality. The receptionist I think her name was priya and bell boy hardip were also excellent. Receptionist tried her level best to get us to check in early as we arrived from Abu Dhabi flight to Dubai with family and was tired but she was able to get us a room within 1 hour even though we were early. Hardip also was very helpful and handy with baggage during arrival and departure.

Upgrades needed !

Very old and outdated the TV is tiny given the prices and location an upgrade of the decor and amenities would be appropriate. The AC in the bedroom could not be adjusted as it was central - this was annoying. Not happy with the comfort levels and could not sleep at night so left early .

Comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing family holiday

The size of the house was just perfect with the TV in the bedrooms - our teenagers for sure liked that. The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to the metro station with shops nearby. The reception staff were very courteous and very helpful particularly when I needed to use a local number to follow up on my left luggage with the airline. I enjoyed the gym, steam and sauna as well.

There could be a bit more attention to the cleaning e.g. dusting in the rooms and scrubbing in the bathrooms; sometimes towels would be removed and forgotten to be replaced as well shower gel not replenished e.t.c. Also we were keen to support the apartments sustainability, even though we hung our towels indicating we would like to reuse them they would still be removed for washing. Perhaps the staff could be trained on and reminded of this initiative.

Pleasant stay, huge rooms and perfect location!

The place was so huge we didn’t expect it to be like that for its price. Location was amazing! It was near to all the places (malls, groceries, etc) the staff was great! From checking in up to the lifeguard. Everybody was accommodating.

There wasn’t an issue that they didn’t resolve but just to mention, when we came, the washing machine had a leak but they fixed it right away. Just the a/c in the rooms are in auto and will turn off at night when it reaches the temp and my children will cry because it is hot. Then it will turn on again. Aside from that everything was well.

Wifi speed of less than 8 mbps reminds you of 2010s ...only terrible thing is the shower which is crammed inside the bathtub n very uncomfortable ...you cannot turn in the small space ...given the amount of space in the room, this is a glaring omission ...

Good location, but not best place for value of money paid!

Good location and easy access to other places, very close to metro station and Mall of Emirates. Apartment was not clean. We had to request the room service to tell them what to do. Furniture is very old, tv is very small 24’’. Kitchen equipment is very minimal and basic. Looks very old as well. Noise coming from the other rooms and from street! Staff on reception was not welcoming. when I requested a new key card for the room because I forgot mine in the room, the receptionist got annoyed and said this should never happen again! Very strange.

Staff, Facility and furniture overall acceptable

Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with insects and flies in the room, which completely ruined my stay. It seems there aren’t adequate pest control measures in place, as the insects were noticeably present throughout the room. I hope the hotel will improve cleanliness and pest control to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests.

Perfect base for our Dubai adventures would highly recommend

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. This apartment was very reasonable for a family of 4 needing to be near the Mall of the Emerites and a good base for exploring the rest of Dubai. Excellent supermarket just up the road. Staff extremely helpful
