    What I enjoyed most about this hotel was the peaceful atmosphere. The lobby and corridors are clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax or work between activities. The hotel also has a pleasant Oud fragrance throughout the common areas, which adds to the overall ambience. Housekeeping has been reliable throughout the stay. Saru and Pooja have taken good care of the room, while Bubneshwar has been available whenever additional supplies were needed. The reception team is available 24/7 and the staff are generally welcoming and helpful.

    We stayed in a studio apartment and found it comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The balcony was a nice feature, and the room had everything we needed for a convenient stay. The housekeeping team has been consistent with cleanliness, especially Saru and Pooja, who have kept the room and bathroom well maintained. The maintenance team is also responsive. Whenever there was an issue with the air conditioning, water or plumbing, it was attended to quickly. The hotel is also conveniently located for public transport, with metro, bus and taxi options easily accessible.

    Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant experience at the hotel. The cleanliness, responsive staff and convenient location made the stay easy. The housekeeping team, especially Saru and Pooja, has been very helpful with maintaining the room and bathroom. Bubneshwar has also been consistently available for supplies and other requirements. I appreciated the option of having ladies from the housekeeping team assist inside the room when preferred, while the male staff handled work outside the room. The 24-hour reception, pool, gym, balcony in the studio apartments and access to public transportation are all useful facilities. The hotel has a calm atmosphere and provides a comfortable environment for both individuals and families.
