Comfortable staying

Metrostation, Mall of emirates and foodmarkets are so close. Staff is friendly, made upgrade for rooom. Swimmingpool is heated. Kids like it so much

Nice, clean hotel. Good and convinient location next to the metro.

We had late check out on reservation (check out at 2 pm), so it was really weird that somebody came our door right after midday to check when we were leaving. The person who came to our door was very polite but still it was a bit annoying.

Great experience, amazing staff and a convenient location

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, helping us from check-in through check-out, including arranging taxis. They even double-checked the room at checkout to make sure we hadn’t forgotten anything. The location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed as a family of four and had a great time.

There is no designated drop-off space for cars near the hotel, but this was manageable and did not significantly affect our stay.

Convenient hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff very well-placed for the metro

The hotel staff were all very polite, welcoming and helpful - they even let us check in early. The location of the hotel was good - literally a stone's throw from the metro station (with links into the city centre). The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The swimming pool looked inviting (though we didn't make use of it).

The food in the restaurant was not fantastic (Asian dishes tended to be better than European)

Friendly and helpful staff, late checkout was helpful, and all facilities nice and clean.

Great location across from metro and walking distance to many restaurants and a cat cafe! The breakfast staff knew we were checking out and gave us a special message and a muffin (see picture). They stored our luggage for us after check out so we could spend some more time before our late flight.

Break fast - 7 days almost the same menu in same place and same style - bored Food quality and presentation not up to Dubai expectations Rooms are noisy due to the windows are not sound proof and Shiek Zayid highway is very close - night sleep disturbed by sound Room cleaning also not good and acceptable

Helpful staff, clean, tidy and very quiet.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. My room was very spacious, clean and tidy, fresh towels, and a host of toiletries available. The fact that it’s right opposite the metro station, made getting around easier. There was absolutely no outside noise issues.

My view, it was a building site, but, I didn’t really request a particular view. There were no noise issues.

A wonderful and convenient stay with excellent service — highly recommended!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right next to the metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Avijit at the restaurant, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

Nice and comfortable stay

Location : The hotel is located opposite the metro station named insurance market and near the mall of Emirates( a metro station away). Earlier we hadn't had planned to use the metro and thought of using taxis however the hotel was so conveniently located opposite the metro station which led us to change our mind as lot of attractions like burj khalifa, ski dubai, museum of future, marina walk are on the same metro line and we used a lot of metro which was very convenient. Amenities: The hotel stay was a comfortable, spacious room with all the necessary amenities nothing fancy but all the required stuff. So value for money. Staff: The staff was helpful and prompt especially the people taking care of the morning breakfast, Mr. Prabhakaran was very nice and helpful and was ready to go beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The property was super near the metro station. Really convenient and great! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful special shoutout to Aishwaraya, Amir, Ashiq, Aftab. Thank you so much for making my stay with my family so comfortable I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff are way too good! Hotel is extremely clean. room service and housekeeping is perfect and on time. They even made it special for our anniversary without an additional fee with the decorations.

Excellent stay in a fantastic hotel with exceptional staff/service. Very value for money as well!

1) Very accessible to public transport. The hotel was just opposite Insurance Market metro station. 2) Hotel location along the Dubai strip was fantastic, making it extremely convenient to go up to Business Bay/Burj Kalifa area or down to Dubai Marina area. 3) There was free shuttle between hotel to Jumeirah Beach Residence 3 times a day. Make use of it to get to JBR, and explore and take a taxi back thereafter 4) Rooftop pool at hotel was exceptional and the kids loved it. Awesome views of Burj Al Arab and also the Burj Khalifa/ skyline 5) Room was spacious and clean 6) Breakfast was good enough for us to get us energised for the start of everyday! 7) Hotel staff (lobby, housekeeping, lifeguard, restaurant) were all very friendly, professional and service-oriented. Big thanks to Avijit and ALL the restaurant staff for taking care of us during our 6D5N stay. They even presented us with a plate of croissant with farewell wishes written in chocolate!!! We absolutely loved everything of our stay in this hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family should they come by Dubai.

Nice hotel I had a lot of memories it's not my first time to be there it's my second time.

I requested nonsmoking room, but when I arrived, the rooms were given to me it smells cigarette. i had to spend the night there and it was rough night for the kids. front desk said in the morning they will move me out to another room. When it comes to Breakfast food is good, staff was nice. Also, i think it's time now to make some renovation for the furniture and some updates. I appreciated Mr. Ayoob and Mr. Aftab so much, they were very helpful.

Like i said before, The staff all of them super nice, spacilly Mr. Ayoob and Aftab. Also, the location of the hotel amazing, near to too many places. the rooms configuration is the best for Families and i don't think you can find that anywhere.

All basic aspects were good. Distance from metro / Parking facility/ Price etc. They also allowed late checkout which was good.

Fasten the process at front desk. Improve the process of guiding people who arrives by car: At first glance it gives an impression that there is a Valet parking but no one is there to guide you that you have to go back for parking. It becomes more important if the front desk process is slow or its crowded. Note: This is just an improvement advice.... Otherwise rest all is good.

Dubai time on vacation

Breakfast staff every time friendly with us all. Miss Jeniffer from restaurant did a special and surprise dish in our last day as per the photo conquer our hearts. All the staff from reception, SPA anf cleaning also very friendly.
