Room - old looking, carpet of the room was not clean Bathroom - Old bathtub with rust in the grooves

The hotel was clean and well organized💯the staff were very polite, and the location made it easy to get around👌👌 I really liked the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, and the overall calm atmosphere of the hotel 😍😍😍Excellent service, modern facilities, and a very convenient location near the metro station.😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘 Really like it.

Service upon arrival was unlike any other before. Extremely helpful and friendly. Lana made my entire experience 10*.

Only the room is a little odd decor, brown etc and the carpets, furniture needs an update slightly but it’s good for the price. Plus breakfast should be until 11.

Gym used to be with outdated machines, now they brought all the latest equipment. So it’s great.

The hotel was clean, modern, and recently renovated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent close to many attractions and easy to access. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and breakfast was good.

Nothing major. Just that parking could be a bit more organized, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in good location. The rooms are in good size. Unfortunately, the windows are small, and not much of daylight comes into the rooms. The price of breakfast is different than the one in booking.com. but they solved the problem. Wa)s are solid, but doors need more sound isolation.

The staff are really friendly, the reception lady, concierge and restaurant, housekeeping. Some names are Radha, Astoney, Morshed, and too many others.

Close to metro Reception staff Lana and Ahmad were super helpful. It was my birthday and the hotel surprised me with a cake.

I arrived on 6th September evening. The staff who was in the reception was helpful, and check-in was smooth. The staff who are at the entrance assisted in taxi booking. The suite was huge and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel location is excellent as it is walking distance to the Metro and Mall of Emirates. I requested to check out late, and Lana was so helpful. Checking out was quick with Dimple. I hope to book it again in the future.

Everything is good but if they can upgrade the TV to smart TV , u can't connect to a mobile or tablet or having any OTT like Netflix or anything

Lots of things 1. I fell sick and asked my son to get breakfast for me as I needed to take my meds before eating something. When he went and tried to bring an omelette for me, he was ambushed by a team of 4 people in suits. They spoke rudely callously and in a very rough way. They summoned the F&B manager who “grabbed” the plate from my son’s hand and in a very harsh and angry tone told him that taking food to the rooms was not allowed. I agree to the rules but (1) what does one do if one is sick and cannot even walk up to the washroom and (2) couldn’t this have been done in a polite decent and amicable way instead of an onslaught of people harassing my son and reprimanding him; we had paid in full and hadn’t come to a boarding school. There is a method and a way to talk to customers. Who in Gods name gave them the right to speak rudely and insensitively? Is this part of customer service to demean customers and treat them like trash? I am extremely offended by this and since day 4 I didn’t have breakfast there and told my son not to have any food from there. I have been a Pediatrician since 41 years and this is how my son is treated as he was a thief. I called and even texted booking.com but till date no response and no reply which makes me Feel shortchanged as if they didn’t care. 2. The second last day before leaving I felt better and told my son to speak to the reception, he did and they agreed to send some food for me at 3 pm cause that’s when I woke up but nothing doing. No calls no food no intimation and no sense of empathy for a sick person. These people do not deserve to be in the service industry. I kept on asking what action had been taken by the management with regards to the F&B manager but no apology from him and no action was taken meaning that guests at this hotel should be ready for harassment, shouting, rudeness, and a complete lack of sympathy 3. The internet. Kept going on and off.

I don't know where to start from but i liked everything. The Guests relation, madam Lana, she and her team are super great, always smiling and welcoming even the housekeepers always welcoming you, like you can't just get enough ❤️ I love the TV. samsung is my favorite. i love the view. The neatness of the environment and the lobby and the rooms is cuzzy and beautiful... trust me, guys, whenever I'm visiting Dubai again, this is the only place I'll be staying

I prefer a step into swimming pool and jacuzzi rather than the ladders. Sometimes it was hard to get in and out.

2 Star accommodation at 4+ Star prices.... Staff very unattended. We had a death in the family which cut our trip short. Immediately dismissed our request for a refund for the remaining days of the reservation.

We stayed at the MD Hotel during our visit to Dubai. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to shops and the Mall of the Emirates. The staff were helpful and contributed to making our stay pleasant. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff offered us a free upgrade to a suite. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a well-located hotel in Dubai.

The rooms lacked heaters, which was noticeable during the cold nights. Luggage storage was only available for one night, which did not meet our needs for extended storage. We had to arrange for someone else to store our luggage for a few days.
