Excellent hotel in Dubai.

In my opinion an excellent option in Dubai. The hotel is in front of subway station, you can take the subway between the airport and the hotel easily. The hotel is excellent, especially the staff. All receptionists are very friendly and helpful people. The apartament is big, very confortable and the kitchen complete. Excellent option in Dubai in my opinion.

Big room, excellent staff, I booked this hotel because swimming pool and I could use it.

I booked initially a studio but they upgrade me to 1 bedroom. The STAFF is amazing next to metro station and Westzone grocery

The swimming pool is not heated, I was freezing and got a cold. I asked 3 times to turn on the heater

The best hotel in terms of price, location, and people

Everything was very good!!! It was a very central hotel! Very close to main places there. It was a very great option for me. Everyone was very nice from day one. They made me feel very comfortable, always greeted me with a smile, and cleaned my room every day. Sincerely grateful to all the staff

Great location and price for Dubai apartment living.

The location is excellent for me to travel on the Metro and therefore independently see different parts of Dubai without relying on taxis, but even if you need a taxi, they were easy to get because of the Metro, so win win.

The lounge furniture in the room was not particularly comfortable and could do with being upgraded. I think investing in decent quality furniture goes a long way and customer satisfaction guaranteed for years.

In general, it's bad experience

The hotel is very old, there are fruit flies or small flies (mosquitoes), the bathroom towels have a bad smell, the tiles in the bathroom are broken There is a huge noise from the underconstruction project beside the hotel. I requested to provide baby bed, but they ignored

Excelent but only if!

Location is great near Metro station and one station from Mall of emirates. Decent gym and some restaurants around. Nice staff

I would loved to give excellent however: - there was a problem with some small cockraches in Kitchenette and bathroom, ants size but still :( - some plumping issues, Faucet in kitchen was just a tupe with hole in it! very splashing - shower head was not adjusted and hard to adjust the needed changes are very cheap but very orritating to miss!

Very convenient place to stay at

The rooms are really good comfortable and clean. Staff are very attentive friendly and helpful. Gym is good. Location is the best as it’s right outside the metro station. I stayed there couple of time and will always stay there.

Amazing location nearby the metro station, in the swimming pool you can get nice views, the apartment gives you everything that you need to enjoy cooking and living in the hotel, many supermarkets are around the hotel that is excellent.

Good central location

The location was excellent for me to independently get around Dubai using the efficient Metro system. Staying in the apartment had a home away from home vibe but you still have access to hotel amenities like housekeeping and gym/spa etc. This is a practical option for those who are visiting Dubai.

dirty , bad smell , old appliances we got kettle and fridge damaged , over rated they keep argue two hours to bring one bottle of water instead the one we lost in kettle which is their fault

I liked the location, services, and hospitable staff. It made the place highly valuable for the money.

This is an odd thing: I've been to Dubai many times over the last 26 years and I never encountered a problem with insects in the room. This time I had flies and small roaches in and around the refrigerator. I didn't raise the alarm on this issue and considered in a minor nascence. Otherwise, all was OK.

Close to the metro station, 24-hour market near the hotel, free parking in the garage, friendly staff.

Very noisy, windows and balcony doors could not be closed properly, torn. The bathroom is ready for renovation, the kitchen is equipped below expectations, very modest, a safe and clothes dryer is missing.
