Good location and hotel, noisy neighborhood sometimes as there are a lot of population

The nearness the metro station and cleanliness of the rooms, staff very nice, pool and gym very nice, good rooms structure and well equipped, lack in personal amenities.

Some nights the noise from the neighborhood was so loud; windows must be changed, as some dont close rightly

Decent option mainly for its location, size, and family convenience due to the kitchen/supermarket

Pros Excellent location — right next to the metro station and a 24-hour supermarket, which is very convenient. Rooms are neat, clean, and spacious. 24-hour reception is available and responsive, which helps with early or late check-in/check-out. Extra crib was provided on request, which is helpful when travelling with an infant. Convenient for families as the kitchenette and supermarket are very close by. Overall A decent option mainly for its location, room size, and family convenience due to the kitchen and nearby supermarket. However, high noise levels, limited amenities, and restricted housekeeping make it feel more like a serviced apartment than a premium hotel. With better sound insulation, improved housekeeping flexibility, and enhanced family-friendly facilities, the experience could be significantly better. Also the serviced apartment has no restaurant/food options.

Cons Noise levels are high. The street is busy and the property is close to a main highway, which can disturb light sleepers. Additionally, it is difficult to sleep in the living room as there is noticeable noise from water flushing from bathrooms above. Very limited in-room amenities. Only towels were provided; no toiletries or basic essentials, so everything else needs to be arranged by the guest. Housekeeping/cleaning service is available only until 6 PM and even then depends on staff availability. When travelling with a child, more frequent and predictable cleaning would have been very helpful. No dedicated play area for kids, and the swimming pool is not heated. While staff/reception is present and polite, services are quite limited beyond basic assistance, so expectations should be set accordingly.

Good location with plenty of facilities. Access to south and mid Dubai relatively easy.

Large space, perfect for families. All facilities were on point. Any issues reported were fixed in a timely manner. Location was good although access through driving was at times complicated due to one-ways or heavy traffic.

Communication issues with allowing our driver to access the car park for pick-up and drop-off.

Value for money and a highly recommended hotel apartment

The staff. I stayed at hyatt regency Galleria before moving into the hotel apartment. The staff at the hotel apartment was much more courteous and kind. It made our overall trip wonderful. The check-in staff, the morning and night security guards, the room cleaning staff, they all were well trained. Lots of new places around the property have opened up for drive through, such as shake shack etc.

I had a huge car and parking to enter was okay but parking to leave as a little tight but security helped with allowing me to leave through the entry zone to make life easier as the vehicle was rented
