Nice pleasant stay & booking again:)

Nothing really. Think matress needs replacing soon as bit dippy and can hear springs few times. So recomend sleeping on edge incase. No radio in both rooms i stayed at. No tv in room i'm in now & there are no ironing facilities in each room but communal for the whole house.

Nice pleasant stay with good amenities

Cleaner couldnt speak much English but was ok. Didn't meet any other staff. Apart from 2/3 blokes that I don't know who they are. My room was a single and had a single bed. The picture above has a double bed so not sure they put me in the right room now though i thought it said single room in description. So not sure. Good location, nice clean house. Other residents were nice and pleasant. Good:) occasionaly the hot water stopped working but not often. Rest of house was warm.

This is the worst place I’ve stayed by a mile

The room was like a cell. Not even a sheet on the mattress. Tv didn’t work and everything felt dirty. I slept in my clothes and put my towel on the pillow, as I didn’t want to touch by body on anything.

Absolutely awful. I had my belongings robbed from me whilst I was sleeping. It appears that the owner lets local drug users reside at this location who know the codes to all the doors. The place had no heating or TV. The kitchen was basically a drug den. Should not be able to book here.

Good location. Relatively clean. Just the room ahd an awful smell that the owner didnt want to remidy

I had no information prior to going there abiut how to self access the hotel or the room. I had to call none stop until the owner called me back. I sat in rhe kitchen for about 20 minutes till he called me with what room i was in and the code for it. This was the biggest issue! As had a random women walking in my room at 3am also unsure how to access her room and the was asking me for her code for her room.? I felt violated as there were no licka from inside the room.This owner needs to give this info out as soon as he gets bookings! When in the room it smelt so bad. The Tv didnt work. The heating was off fully and i was told by another guest that it was broken and someone was fixing it. So i was cold at night for the frist 2 or 3 nights then it got fixed. I wanted to elave and get a refund when i realsed the heatign was broken but the landlord did not respond to any of my messages. The noise from next door kept me up i could hear the neigbours snoring. There were also teanagers there shouting at each other around 3am and ignored me when i told them to quiet down. There were no cups, cutlerly, dishes or anything tjere to cook food with. Why have a kitchen but nothinf for people to cook with?

Super cheap - but feels like staying in a drug house

The location and price was excellent. Very cheap but the property wasn't even worth that i'd say. Good location too in a nice quiet area.

The apartment was quite run down. The front door was often open and then was locked shut at night. We couldn't get out of the fire door. Seems dangerous. The radiator was stuck on full all night and wasn't possible to change. There was mouldy and furniture in disrepair and mould on the windows too. The property overall is poorly kept. There is a shared bathroom but this doesn't even have a lock so doesn't feel particularly safe either. I could definitely ignore the decor for the price but the safety aspect of the door and the bathroom is worth noting.

Worst room ive ever been in, in my life

Absoulty nothing other then it is close to city centre and the millennium stadium.

This place is awful, the keypad on arrival was hanging on by it's wires, the internal doors don't open easily, the room is tired and disgusting, the mattresses were foul and we all had bed bugs and bites the next day. Tv didn't work and to plug in the aerial you have to have the lead going across the middle of the room. The remote had no batteries, the furniture was coming apart and 1 wonky chair in the room. The shared toilet had a door that wouldn't close properly. The room door was not a compliant fire door as would not close. We paid an extortionate amount of money to stay here which was close to the stadium where we were going, but really not fit for purpose and would never have stayed here if we knew it was that bad. Avoid at all costs

Could not gain access to property didn’t end up staying had to pay for an uber to get home. Booked last minute. Received message on WhatsApp with address of property and key codes for front door and room. Was told I was in room 5. Finally arrived at front door. Entered key code and this didn’t work. Tried the front door which was locked. Someone came and answered door and looked very confused. They said that they were staying there in room 5 which was the room I was told I was staying in. This was late at night and very scary. Tried to phone the property owner and could not get an answer. Ended up having to pay for an uber home. Spoke with booking.com and they have now issued a full refund for the booking. But still ended up out of pocket for the uber home.

Everything! It was a last minute booking and didn’t expect much but it was worse than I expected. It was run down, old and smelly. The facilities were awful. The bedding looked grubby, so we slept on top and I used a towel from home to put over the pillows because i couldn’t face putting me head on them.

Disgraceful

This property is really bad 👎 toilet disgusting 🫣 beds dirty, booked for 4 there was only a double and single bed, at the side of the wardrobe was a dirty matterass with no covers, how this person is getting away with this on booking.com ? it needs shutting down. No staff to keep the place clean ? I should of took my bottle of domestos and marigolds. I felt filthy , couldn't wait to get home, and wash myself and anything that came in contact with the room when I got home

Worst place ive ever seen

Nothing, we walked in an walked straight back out.

The rooms were filthy, mould going up the bases of the beds. Young girl who stayed there the night before was asked to change the sheets for us. She said the electric kept going off and people slept in their cars because it was that bad. So we didnt stay any longer.

10 minutes walk to train station.

The building was dirty, furniture tatty with one mattress not even fitting the base. Not secure. Main door was very stiff to open (we initially thought we'd been locked out). Someone opened our room door to watch us sleeping (I think maybe children?). A very uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend to anyone.

House was filthy from the outside. Only received access codes just as I arrived at house. On entry very dark and gloomy inside, no staff present found room but corridor was dark no lights. Difficulty trying see access code for entry to room due to no lights. entered room obviously had not been decorated for many years walls and skirting boards dirty with damaged paintwork. Old iron bedstead with just a single very soft pillow. curtians pulled not brilliantly hiding not the best outlook. TV with no controller. Shared bathroom not clean with broken toilet seat. Could go on. stayed 5 minutes only did not stay the night house is unsuitable for renting out it was dirty and disgusting.

All in all I am happy with my stay.

It's good place and it's also clean. It's worth the money. The location is also close to city center :)

When I arrived no one was there to let me know what my room is or give me info and there was no note on the wall about the details of reception staff etc. I accidentally found a member of staff in the kitchen but she really didn't reply to me when I asked her who should I contact. I eventually found a number on my booking account and once I called everything else was sorted.

We did not stay in the property as it was not fit to stop in asked for money back and was refused. Pictures going to solicitor to place need shutting down will also be contacting local council as this is not in the fit state to be letting. We add to stop be another hotel . The owner is rude property smells and is not up to date with council rules . Dirty bedding. Mould on walls . Broken furniture.. pictures on booking. Com are a joke look at pictures below
