All the usual things. Abi and Charlie have been doing this a while and have made things better over the years.
Several years ago my only critique was the cold showers at night, but that's been sorted.
Just the busy area and how noisy people are at night. Unfortunately, some of the guests that week were night owls and just kept running around the corridors and in their rooms until 1am.
Also, that guy, Mr Coughy McCougherson. He's been hacking and coughing his guts out for nearly 10 plus years by now. You'd think that guy is on his last legs but I think he'll be hocking and wheezing all the way until 2075, outlasting us all.

Good location, and grateful that it was available at such short notice. Good clean communal area and kitchen downstairs. The toilet/showers were shared but extremely clean, and there was someone to clean the bathroom as soon as I had come out.
Lack of obvious alternative means of fire escape. Such a property ought to have much better facilities for evacuation, especially when you are near the top.
