Location and staff were fab. The room was very clean and the cleaners were lovely
The only thing was the traffic but this is totally out of their hands and also to be expected when its on a road!

Great location on the barbican

I loved everything about this hotel, the view was next level the barbican can be loud and busy but settles down around 11.30pm the bar below plays loud music till around 9pm which we didn’t mind as they have a great playlists the rooms are basic but very comfortable the bathrooms are clean and well maintained the only fault with the bathroom is the septic tank is noisy when you flush the toilet or run the taps. Clothe room is cleaned everyday with fresh bedding honestly for the price this hotel is great and I will definitely stay again.
One fault with this hotel is rude and disrespectful guest who come in from a night out and are loud shouting and being disrespectful while other guest are trying to sleep this isn’t the hotel fault they cannot help this from happening that is my only issue.

Location was excellent, with plenty of tea and coffee. Room was comfortable.
Room was a little tired, as was the en suite, with a dripping tap. Internet connectivity was on and off.
