Sea view room lived up to expectations with stunning views over the harbour across to the marine aquarium. Location was perfect for exploring the barbican and beyond, with great seafood restaurants within a stones throw. Also very well positioned if you wanted to visit the hoe or the marine aquarium etc. The room was comfortable with nice large opening windows that allowed a good airflow through the room. Bathroom was adequate with decent shower facilities.
The only negative for me was the street outside seems to be used as a bit of a drag strip, with cars and motorbikes coming slowly round the corner and then belting it up through the stone passageway to 'see how loud their exhaust is' it seemed. This did seem to tail off and stop before 10pm though which was great news!

The location on the How was perfect
Although clean the bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall (towel rail) and paint was flashing off the bathroom wall.

The bed was comfy and close to harbour ,nice friendly pub downstairs
The sound of the toilet (like an elephant)was actually very funny ,dripping tap ( the water loss)little old fashioned but not to bad considering location
