Although breakfast was not included there was a fridge with milk, yogurt and orange juice plus jars of cereals, biscuits and other treats along with the tea and coffee making facilities. These were really appreciated and meant you could make an early start without being hungry.
I was a bit concerned before arriving about the shared bathroom but it was fine and didn’t cause any problems.

There wasn"t breakfast
The property wasn't that clean and it was quite run down looking.Garden needs a lot of attention.Very overgrown on steps and path
