Very pleased. All new furniture excellent shower facilities. Clean floors and carpets.
Nothing except it would help if the directions were more detailed.i.e. The road leading to the property is very long. If you specified that the property was situated 70 metres passed the Library on the left that would help

Beautiful view of Oban Harbour from our window. Very comfortable bed. Very clean.
There was nothing to dislike.

Room was clean and tidy.
Room was very small, no wardrobe and not alot of floor space. No curtains on the window, only a blind which did not keep the light out. Location is too close to ferry terminal and you can hear the generators all night, so you cant open window for fresh air. Also there is a loose manhole cover right outside which evry car hits so not great for a good nights sleep. Think its a bit over priced as no breakfast included so would not stay here again.
