The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and tastefully decorated.
Walk to the ferry terminal in 5 minutes along pedestrian path without ever walking on a road. Close to the centre of town. Parking bay in front of building. It suited our purposes perfectly.
We were traveling with our own food so a small fridge in the room would’ve been helpful.

Lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious room and ensuite. Nice easy walk into town. Good location. Breakfast was very nice, very good, especially for only £5. Would definitely recommend to others. Oban is lovely, the property is great. No complaints!

Breakfast was continental only so we walked into town and ate. The rooms were expensive but your paying because its Oban. We travelled the west coast of Scotland and found this to be amongst the highest expense for accommodation but not as good as most of the places we stayed.
Only continental breakfast available at an extra cost. The rooms were clean and tidy but parking was tight and the narrow steep stairs to the rooms were a little problematic with heavy bags. The host was great and did everything he could to accommodate us so no real complaints other than the price.
