Peaceful rustic stay, lovely fire but no wifi, close to Real del Monte

- Quaint, quiet setting next to a stream, little balcony - The fireplace is wonderful and makes for a cozy atmosphere - Shower with bathtub and ample hot water - Small toiletries & waters provided, little shop for snacks & necessities right next door - Just 10 mins drive to the center of Real/Mineral del Monte - Decent breakfast included - Ca. 30-40 min to various hiking areas in Mineral del Chico - Generous check-out until 1pm

- No heating + poor insulation + tiled floors means without the fire it gets cold in the room, dress accordingly - Wifi does not work whatsoever (apart from in the reception area in another building) and phone reception is poor. Don't expect to be able to go online much, let alone stream any movies. - Could do with a comfy chair to sit next to the fire, only chairs are hard wooden ones on the balcony. - Breakfast only starts at 9am (but goes till 12). For early risers like me who want to start hiking in the morning, 8am would be more convenient.

the room we initially booked was extremely cold - no heater available. probably around 5 degrees Celsius. the only alternative we were offered was a cheaper but warmer room - but without any refund

Once we got moved to the main building, we loved our stay!

The hotel is really nice, the personnel are wonderful and they try to make your day memorable. The location is really nice and beautiful. The only problem is they have a neighbor that has music very loud very late (1 AM).

Very good

SPA was great, rooms and restaurant left a very good impression. The hotel tries a lot and it deserves a good rating.

That is no hotel fault, but needs to mentioned: the little river which goes down from Real de Monte town contains the waste, it is obvious and is direct fault of the local municipal government that they allow such terrible thing to happen in such wonderful location. Filtering facilities are needed urgently. So the hotel river side view suffers especially from smell, although not so strong.

Bonito lugar entre bosques

Un personal, muy amable, muy atentos, la alimentación, variada y muy rica. La habitación cómoda y amplia. Con una carga de leña que aminora el frío.

La distancia con el centro histórico. Para todo era necesario viajar en el vehículo propio. Al estar en medio de dos carreteras era ruidoso.

Agradable quizás en verano.

El desayuno buffet estuvo bien. Me agradó todo el entorno del hotel, las instalaciones son bonitas y bien cuidadas, solo que sí está a 13 minujtos en coche de Real del Monte y se accede por una carretera local estrecha, por la noche podría ser peligroso, además de la oscuridad.

En esta época del año, diciembre 2026, pasamos mucho frío en la habitación porque no tienen un calentador para prestarnos, sólo la chimenea, pero nosotros somos alérgicos al humo de la madera, así que no pudimos dormir bien por el frío y a nuestro regreso llegamos con resfriado.

Nada recomendable, todo está sucio y las cobijas tiene manchas

Elegimos este hotel por la ubicación y por qué era el que ofrecía una experiencia más “luxury” en Real del Monte. Elegimos una “suite” sin importar que el precio sería mayor y la realidad es que el cuarto estaba horrible. Lo peor de todo es que todo estaba sucio. La colcha, los cojines y las cobijas. Estaban manchadas y olían muy feo.

En verdad el servicio de limpieza es deplorable, para nada hay una relación calidad precio. Entiendo que en la zona no hay tanta oferta de hoteles de gama alta, pero la limpieza es algo basico y fundamental. Nunca recomendaría este hotel.

Cada habitación está en excelentes condiciones Me encanta que ponen cobijas extra, por si te da frío, además de la chimenea

Habitación cómoda en área boscosa.

El alojamiento fue bueno cumple con su función habitaciones grandes y en nuestro caso con chimenea lo que le dio un plus a la habitación y mantuvo el calor ante el frío de Real del Monte.

La ubicación fue buena sin embargo esta retirado de la ciudad y sus caminos no son los mejores.
