The staff always bring me back!

The staff always remember me and treat me well. Very comfortable room. Great breakfast included.

Shower is not fully enabled for a person with a disability, the hand shower was not functioning. On a different topic, TV is almost impossible to watch due to its complexity in handling the instructions in the remote control.

Great hotel but don't eat in the restaurant.

Very clean, spacious room. Very good value for money.

The food in the restaurant was awful; my meal was dry and inedible. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated for far too long. The service was also lacking.

Comfortable, clean hotel with king-size bed and safe underground car park

Well-located hotel in the centre of town with comfortable, clean room and enormous king-size bed. Safe underground car park.

This is certainly not a 5-star hotel (more like a good 3-Star). This feels like a conference hotel which is comfortable and efficient but rather cold in its atmosphere. Ok for a business stopover.

The room was great, clean, and spacious with fast WIFI. Amazing view of the huge murals of Pachuca! Great location at a 20-minute walk from the historical center.

really quiet and clean hotel

It is called a 2 star hotel but had a good location and clean environment. It is a bit far from the city center, so it is quiet and there are many restaurants and facilities around, so there was no difficulty in staying.

There were two elevators, but only one was working. And it didn't work well. Elevator repairs are essential.

A comfortable, clean and centric place to stay.

I liked everything about this hotel! We stayed here only for one night but it was probably the best sleep I had in a long time. Beds were very comfortable and also the pillows. The room was very clean! I am a bit of a clean freak and this place exceded my expectations. Staff was a bit quiet but friendly enough, the bell boy was super friendly and very helpful.

I suppose if they had a restaurant within the hotel would be nice but Samborns is right there so not much they can improve on, they were great.
