The hotel charged me more than what I booked on Booking (without any extra consumption). They didn't give me a valid explanation. breakfast was terrible, there was almost nothing. the bread was controlled according to the number of people in the room. they put more slices of bread as new guests arrived

The room was large and clean and even had a bathtub. Good location close to the center. Staff were friendly and efficient.

- centrally located. the famous clock tower is 5 mins walk away. - the room was huge - staff was nice and friendly

- won’t call it a 4 star hotel. The facilities, while nice, are basic. 3 stars are more appropriate. - breakfast was ok. not impressed.

King sized bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was fine as well. In general very safe place to stay, on walking distance of the big clock.

To small gym and no bar in the hotel- hence no welcome drink.. But we got daily fresh waterbottle.

Excellent Hotel

Staff were very friendly. The location was only 5 minutes walking to the clock tower. The rooms were very nice and clean. No complaints and I would stay here again.

El personal de cocina muy amable y de recepción.

En la noche salí a conocer el centro con mi familia, tuve que bajarme de mi vehículo para ir con la gente de la recepción y decirles que me abrieran, muy peligrosa esa acción ojalá pudieran colocar una puerta automática, tuve que dejar a mi familia en el auto, pedí una cobija y tardaron una hora en traerla, el silllon reclinable roto, las instalaciones muy viejas y sucias, la tasa de baño asquerosa, el agua del lavamanos no se iba, tardaba en irse.

La ubicación de este hotel es muy céntrica

Ya no tenía cupo de estacionamiento, se escucha mucho ruido de otras habitaciones de huéspedes, el desayuno es muy básico,en la habitación en que me hospede fallaba la luz ya que cuando colocabas la tarjeta no prendía la luz y solo funcionaba la del baño y la de una lámpara.
