Great place to stay in Pachuca

Nice hotel right on the main plaza. Comfortable bed, hot shower, spacious room, good breakfast

The main courtyard area can be a little noisy during the day, but it is very quiet at night.

There are many other options around the square, so I would not stay in this hotel again.

The location on the main square

The breakfast was included, but didn’t start until 9am and I had to leave at 9am! No chair in the room, no blinds on the frosted windows and door with too much light coming in at night. Shower door opens directly into room.

La ubicación era perfecta y muy céntrica

Nuestra habitación no tenía ventana y se oía mucho el ruido de la plaza. Además la ducha sacaba muy poca agua. Y por la mañana había mucho olor a frito de los restaurantes de la plaza.

La ubicación, y las habitaciones

Se me quebró el llavero de la llave y a un así me isieron un cobro de $400pesos. (En la cláusula decía que si se perdía la llave de la habitación de pagaban los $400pesos) pero este no fue el caso, entregamos la llave y el llavero de la llave fue el que se quebró y por eso nos isieron ese cobro

El personal muy amable, muy limpio, Desayuno rico, y muy bien servido. la ubicación excelente y tiene elevador, nos ayudó bastante para adulto mayor.

me tocó una cama incómoda no pude descansar y no pude dormir porque el hotel está dentro de una plaza comercial desde las 7.30 - 8 hay música por parte de las personas de los locales. no hay aislante de ruido en recámara, y sugerencia colocar cortinas black out, no recomiendo si quieres descansar o dormir un poco más.

Hotel de excelencia.

La limpieza de la recámara y el aroma de cada sitio es muy agradable, ambos aspectos son bien cuidados; es el primer hotel en el que me hospedo en el cuál su baño y regadera están impecables y huelen delicioso, no a caño.

El servicio de TV, no tienen cable ni antena, y al no ser smart tv no se puede conectar el celular.

Desayuno y ubicación bien

Toda la noche estuvo sonando el calefactor, tuve que bajar en la madrugada a pedir que subieran a ver qué era lo que sonaba y la solución que me dieron fue desconectar la energía eléctrica y por ende me quedé sin carga en los dispositivos celulares. Yo no entiendo por qué si saben que hay una falla en cierta habitación la ponen en renta, no pude descansar absolutamente nada.

Buen hotel

La habitación era muy cómoda, las instalaciones muy bonitas, todo el tiempo olía muy rico y las amenidades eran buenas, el personal era muy amable. Adentro hay varios negocios de comida, el puesto de donas es rico y los desayunos por parte del hotel son sabrosos.

El estacionamiento es un poco complicado, llegue para dejar el auto al Valet parking pero tránsito me movió ya que no es zona autorizada, el estacionamiento es externo al hotel y cierra a las 9. Adicional deberían poner un letrero vistoso con el nombre del hotel ya que tarde en dar con la ubicación, pensé que era una plaza.

Bonitos acabados y buena ubicación

El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento hay que estacionarse a la vuelta lo cual genera molestia cuando hay época de lluvias, la calle es muy transitada por lo cual se escucha mucho el ruido, como viaje por trabajo no fue la mejor elección 😅
