Overall, it was ok but I would consider other options for a stay.

Central location.

The street noise and vendors playing loud music checks the box for inconveniently located. I paid more to have the view of their main landmark and it wasn't worth it. Also, upon arrival, waiting for more than 20 minutes on the streets blocking traffic for them to finally open the gate to enter their very reduced parking area in which there is the need of a valet driver to make sure one will not get in trouble blocking other cars parked there already.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Elevator & stairs. For the most part, pretty quiet.

Breakfast was available at their sister hotel Emily, just across the main square. Great location, clock tower is right there out front.

Our view from our window was awful. It was not a street view but of the roof area. Not pleasant to look at. The only good thing is at night you can see the lights from the houses on the mountain. You can see the mountains, but again you see an ugly view too of the roof area, No street view. Street views with balconies are available on all floors; but maybe bookings.com guest pay less, so no views. Also, there was some strange noise & I'm not sure it was from the hotel lobby area in the early morning that last for an hour all 3 mornings. It was a constant noise. Never could figure it out from my room. We stayed a total of 3 nights. Windows do not open. A standing fan is available in the room. I found it odd, there is a coffee pot available in the room, however, there is a small fee for coffee if you'd like some. No tea available. No cream or sugar. 2 glasses & 2 coffee mugs. Shower takes a few minutes to warm up. We asked for a wake up call one morning for a tour; good thing I set me phone alarm because the call never came.

Beautiful room, but very noisy on the square.

The room was spacious and comfy, and they helped with extra pillows and towels. It was great being able to park on site as well. Overall, a beautiful place.

THE CLOCK. They gave us the room on the square and didn't say anything about the noise. The plaza had live music until midnight, and the clock went through the night. We didn't sleep AT ALL. We were exhausted. I wish they had given us another room, or at least warned us. Those windows were so, so thin. Definitely not worth the price.

El desayuno estuvo bien ya que es bufet, el restaurante muy limpio y esta cerca del hotel Ciros. La comida tiene buen sabor, y el café muy calientito.

La atención de las meseras es lo que no me agrado, ya que no tienen la atención de atenderte, ni estar alertas en lo que necesitas, prácticamente te tienes que atender tu solo. Vi una pareja adulta que llego y no los atendieron, el señor limpio la mesa y estuvo atendiendo a su esposa. Espero puedan mejorar la atemción

La ubicación y k el tuzobus esta muy cerca del hotel así k te puedes ir al palenque y ya solo regresas en taxi

El desayuno, esta insípido y el área del otro hotel, enfrente es muy pequeño y se hace mucho desmadre para ir y venir entre las mesas

Bien

El hotel está en el centro, tiene enfrente su emblemático reloj monumental. Es facil moverse de ahí a tiendas, mercados u otros sitios. Es una zona tranquila y aun de noche se siente tranquilo el ambiente. El personal muy amable y servicio en todo momento.

Aunque nuestra estancia fue buena y tranquila, hubo 2 situaciones que no nos agradaron mucho. 1. Están en servicio de remodelacion del elevador, aunque se esperan en limpiar continuamente el polvo si llega a entrar a las recamaras y se desvanece a la alfombra. 2. La alfombra no se si debido a la remodelacion que estan haciendo tiene polvo o la alfombra necesita un lavado urgente. En esta ocasión olvide mis pantunflas así que en la noche me levante al baño pisando la alfombra y al llegar al baño dejé tremendas huellas negras. Hicimos el experimento con mis hijos y fue lo mismo. De ahí ya no supe como valorar la limpieza que a plena vista se veía bien

Tienen cafetera y agua para beber. Muy céntrico. Tienen estacionamiento propio. Tienen WiFi gratis. Ideal para a salir a caminar por las mañanas.

El elevador estaba en mantenimiento y mi habitación era del 5o piso. Nunca pude ver algo en la TV, no se entiende cómo funcionan los canales, terminé por apagarla.

Que establezcan un horario de check in de 3:00 a 6:30 pm, si observé eso al hacer la reservación pero nosotros por horario del vuelo llegamos a las 10:00 pm, el recepcionista me hizo mención del horario check in como dandome a entender que ya no podía ingresar, sin embargo al final nos estregó las habitaciones. Otra situación es en relación al estacionamiento, es pequeño y había carros que no estaban bien acomodados

la vista desde la habitación, la limpieza y las amenidades dentro de la habitación hacen de esta un lugar acogedor

esperaba que tuvieran servicio de venta de alimentos más tarde, realmente en la zona después de las 9 ya no hay nada que consumir, y dentro del hotel sería bueno que al menos se pudiera pedir una parte de la carta, o bebidas.
