Have stayed here on and off over 5 years when visiting Pachuca. Great location, spacious lobby, compact but just-right rooms, amazing view from rooftop... cheap parking with voucher 2 minutes away

If all you want to do is just sleep and don’t need anything else, this is a good cheap place.

Right in the center of town, staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and they returned my money promptly.

No elevator, internet didn’t work, bathroom was small, the bed was hard, but the reason why I ultimately left was because there was only one electrical outlet in the room and it was chest high and it didn’t work so I had no place to recharge anything.

Buen punto de partida para los pueblos mágicos de Hidalgo

El alojamiento esta muy bien, justo en el centro historico de Pachuca y muy cerca de la parada de las combis a los pueblos magicos, que era lo que yo realmente necesitaba. Fueron super amables conmigo y el precio me pareció muy bueno para la calidad de la habitación. Volvería!

Mi hospedaje en el hotel de los baños.

Tengo seis años escogiendo éste hotel cada que voy de viaje a Pachuca Hidalgo y al principio me daban habitaciones más grandes y con balcón.

De un año a la fecha el servicio empezó a mermar pedía habitación con balcón y me daban la habitación que ellos querían pero por los buenos recuerdos que le tengo a ése hotel no le dí tanta importancia. A final de cuentas a parte de darme la habitación más chica ésta última vez no me respetaron el precio de la aplicación, no tenían pago con tarjeta y al regresar de cenar toque el interconmutador para que me abrieran la puerta pero lo apagaron después de tres intentos de lo cual tuve que llamar para que me abrieran para ingresar a descansar a mi habitación.
