The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, but one issue that stood out was the lack of sound insulation in the room. Throughout my stay, I could clearly hear noises from the hallway, such as other guests talking, doors closing, and cleaning staff working. At times, even street noise filtered in, which affected the quality of rest, especially during the night. While the room itself was clean and well-equipped, the noise levels made it difficult to fully relax. For a more restful experience, improved soundproofing would be a valuable upgrade.

There is a restaurant, department store and a very cozy bar all attached to the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable. The price to stay at the hotel is very reasonable.

I just lose my dear mother in law at a hospital in Pachuca, I had to stay in Pachuca for 4 days, it was kind they let me do my check out little longer than the usual. I could call The Joya my second home Thank you

Everyone was very professional and friendly, the hotel look very clean. Smelled good and is well kept. I was so happy with my experiencia that when i came back to Pachuca I stayed here again. It has a store ma bar, and a restaurant.

Have stayed here before and it is an average hotel but location that worked for our trip. Not all reception is bilingual but we did have a bellman that spoke good English to help translate. Bed was not comfortable and adjusting the air in the room was a challenge.

We have stayed here about 10 different times. There are positives, but there are a few negatives. - the beds are very uncomfortable - they only provide shampoo, no conditioner, no bath/shower gel - no ice available - few towels unless specifically requested

I had to wear my coat and, when sitting, I would also wrap a blanket around me because the room was so cold.. I thought perhaps the shower would help warm the room a little but when I was in the shower I looked at the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom ceiling was made of slats and through the slats I could see electrical wiring, plumbing, and a light on somewhere. So whatever warmth there was from the shower went straight up through the bathroom ceiling. And, if I could see up through the slats, that means whoever might be working up there could see down into the bathroom.
