the receptionist booked twice the room I was already in bed when two ppl enter to the room and then a third one after that I couldn’t sleep anymore. the phone did not worked so I have to come down to talked to them, then I wanted to go to my room he deactivated my key room so I couldn’t used it for the lift so again I have to come back to reception. they were not helpful neither in the morning when I demanded to talk to the hotel manager. facilities were not accurate it didn’t even came with the remotes for the TV. i woke up late after struggling to sleep and missed my shuttle to be back at the airport. avoid this place

Sadly can't say anything that I like. Your employees doesn't speak English. Elevator was broken. We got a room and a 1st night through the last night air-conditioning was broken. The window shade was broken, toilet paper holder was broken. Terrible designed hotel. The window wasn't open to the outside, it was for the inside of the hotel. And like I said we were dying in the heat. Good thing we went up north for a few days, and didn't have to sleep there. The only said thing is the hotel didn't even offer any money back! Terrible experience! Never going back again!

Superb

Staff promptly switched us to a different room they did not have the sewer gas smell, a problem that area of Pachuca was dealing with. Breakfast staff was extra cordial. Manager visited during our breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Swimming pool was very warm and pleasurable. Though not the hotels fault, this particular area of town did not have too many restaurants or sites to see within walking distance.

Good and accesible

The hotel is not new but staff are super attentive and kind. Beds are really comfy, the room has blackout curtains and the hotel is really quiet so we really got to rest.

The water in the shower first started pouring in a light yellow color. It was right after I flushed so I was confused and wondering how their sewage system works.

Caro para lo que ofrecen

La ubicación porque está relativamente céntrico y de fácil acceso a de establecimientos con servicios.

Fuimos a una fiesta de XV años, Mi hermana se quedó en el 5° piso y su habitación tenia agua, cafetera, toallas para 3 personas, etc… mientras que a nosotros nos asignaron una habitación en el 3er piso y no tenía nada. Si somos 3 personas se espera que las toallas sean 3 y no 2. Pedimos la faltante y nos la llevaron, pedí plancha y también la llevaron (de eso no hay queja) pero no tendría uno porque estar pidiendo las cosas, uno esperaría que todo eso esté en la habitación. El burro estaba ya sin funda. Urge darle mantenimiento, han dejado caer el hotel y no hay correspondencia con el precio. Al otro día mi esposo comentó en la recepción todo esto y la respuesta fue echarle la culpa al ama de llaves, eso nos pareció una “justificación” y una respuesta que elude la responsabilidad del establecimiento, ¿qué no hay una persona que supervise todo eso? Para lo que cobran, deberían tenerla. Además, el estacionamiento es pequeño, difícil de estacionar cuando esta llenó.

Habitaciones muy cómodos y de servicio de los baños excelente.

Se oye la conversación de las habitaciones de al lado. Por lo tanto no hay privacidad. La calidad de los alimentos del área de restaurante no son buenos.
