the receptionist booked twice the room I was already in bed when two ppl enter to the room and then a third one after that I couldn’t sleep anymore. the phone did not worked so I have to come down to talked to them, then I wanted to go to my room he deactivated my key room so I couldn’t used it for the lift so again I have to come back to reception. they were not helpful neither in the morning when I demanded to talk to the hotel manager. facilities were not accurate it didn’t even came with the remotes for the TV. i woke up late after struggling to sleep and missed my shuttle to be back at the airport. avoid this place

Sadly can't say anything that I like. Your employees doesn't speak English. Elevator was broken. We got a room and a 1st night through the last night air-conditioning was broken. The window shade was broken, toilet paper holder was broken. Terrible designed hotel. The window wasn't open to the outside, it was for the inside of the hotel. And like I said we were dying in the heat. Good thing we went up north for a few days, and didn't have to sleep there. The only said thing is the hotel didn't even offer any money back! Terrible experience! Never going back again!

Superb

Staff promptly switched us to a different room they did not have the sewer gas smell, a problem that area of Pachuca was dealing with. Breakfast staff was extra cordial. Manager visited during our breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Swimming pool was very warm and pleasurable. Though not the hotels fault, this particular area of town did not have too many restaurants or sites to see within walking distance.

Good and accesible

The hotel is not new but staff are super attentive and kind. Beds are really comfy, the room has blackout curtains and the hotel is really quiet so we really got to rest.

The water in the shower first started pouring in a light yellow color. It was right after I flushed so I was confused and wondering how their sewage system works.

La habitación muy descuidada en especial el área de la cama y las paredes me diron tristeza . La habitación que me toco es 105 dicen que es una habitación remodelada pero ya veo como un hotel de paso o peor le voy a compartir una habitación distinta a la que me dieron esta fotos la tomé como video pero era como dos habitaciones a un lado de la mía le tome video por qué cuando salí pase a ver ai eran todas así no pague nada barato le comenté a las chicas de recepción y solo cuando salí me dijo una que les hubiera comentado y me cambiaban pero eso lo comentan ya cuando iba de salida . No sé cómo le hacen con la gente que viaja de verdad a caso no les reclaman . No volveré a quedarme en ese hotel y mucho menos lo recomendaré…

Agua fría en la regadera, tardó más de 15 minutos corriendo para poder medio calentarse. Las instalaciones ya son viejas y se nota mucho en cosas como los baños de la alberca y la regadera que se hincada
