My favourite hotel. Amazing breakfast.

One of my favourite hotels in Pachuca. Very clean, free parking, exceptional breakfast (dine in or room service). Great hotel for the price.

The shower in every room leaks onto the floor. Just be careful not to slip.

Good

The staff was very friendly, during our stay the elevator was not working and we had a room right next to the stairs which caused quite a bit of noise but the hotel staff quickly changed us to another room. Also I must mention the very good breakfast.

THe hotel is generally in a good state, only the showers could do with better maintenance.

The hotel is very good value for the price. The daily included breakfast is excellent. The staff was very helpful.

The room is fairly small with a only cushion chair (no back) at a desk area, so not very comfortable for working. The AC and heat unit was not very strong.

Nice modern hotel for convenient visit to Pachuca

I have stayed here a couple times, and it is a nice modern hotel with large rooms. I like it because it is close to the bus terminal and clean restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful with beautiful presentation and good service.

The air conditioning unit did not cool the room enough, and the windows were very dirty with bird poop. These were not a big deal to me, but it has definitely been a more comfortable place in the past. Hotel restaurant is now closed except for breakfast.

The food was amazing and delicious, the portion was excellent and the taste was delicious and in great conditions.
