the Chef from the restraunt tried to help but it was not his role he didn't work for them

Got keys from the box with the help of the chef found room was not made up nobody at reception at the prescribed time Tried to call all the phone numbers we had - no response Left the hotel to stay elsewhere

Great spot in downtown Bitburg.

Walkable to the shops and restaurants. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast. Nice Biergarten in the back. Room was clean and comfortable with nice bedding. Great restaurant on the ground floor and friendly helpful staff.

The street traffic noise in the front of the hotel was a big negative making it difficult to sleep. My advice is to ask for a room in the back..away from the heavy traffic.

in de beschrijving was meegedeeld dat je ter plaatsen kon eten, maar helaas was de restaurant al langere tijd gesloten voor familaile redenen. Zelf opzoek moeten gaan voor te kunnen dineren!!! Heel spijtig

Kamer oud, bedden kraakte, kamer aan drukke weg, dus veel lawaai. Sleutelkastje deed het niet dus moeten bellen en daarna moeten wachten tot er iemand kwam ( zondag geen personeel aanwezig).

Die Lage in die Stadt ist super....Frühstück war auch gut.....

In der heutigen Zeit sollte es keinen Teppichboden mehr geben.....finde sie unhygienisch....Zimmer zur Straße, daher Lüften nur möglich, wenn man bei dem Lärm schlafen kann...wenn bei dem Preis eine Klimaanlage wegen des Lärms da gewesen wäre OK so war der Preis einfach zu hoch aber ich wollte nur noch ins Bett.....sonst hätte ich weiter gesucht

Ok, mehr aber nicht

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Duschvorhang gedanklich unhygienisch, in dem Zimmer wurde vorher geraucht. Der Check-In hat gut über die Ausgabe funktioniert. Frühstück war ok. Für den Preis habe ich schon besser übernachtet.
