We have used this hotel very often in the last many years. The new owners have maintained it almost as it always has been. It is clean, comfortable and always welcoming. The restaurant is pretty standard and the breakfast good. We like it there.

It's located in a cute little town. Green all around. Parking available. Very good communicated. Big bed, lovely big bedroom and bathroom. Big wardrobe. Very clean and cozy.

Great price and conveniently located near my work site. Also private bathrooms in the room were modern.

No mini-fridge in the room…also the kitchen isn’t open on Monday or Tuesday.

it was just what we needed on our trip. a place to get food, drink and much needed sleep!

it had a great restaurant and pub inside. food was good and staff were amazing!!!

no shampoo, so bring your own. also the corridors are a bit loud so maybe ear plugs in case there are late night arrivals.

We enjoed it very much.

Have stayed here regularly over the years though this was the first time since 2013. Although the property has changed hands it retains it's old Eifel charm and menu which we enjoyed in the past. Everything is clean and tidy and the staff very helpful and we were happy to be back

Old fashioned comfortable country inn in quiet village

A real country inn style of place - comfortable if a little old-fashioned, but in a good way - good restaurant, pleasant staff. The room was spacious, and lovely large light bathroom with both bath and shower. Plenty of electric sockets, including by the bed. Metterich is not exactly a destination in itself, but it is close to the Eifel, Luxembourg, the Mosel wine area, Bitburg and its brewery (excellent local wine served in the hotel), so there is plenty to do locally and the hotel is a relaxing quiet place to retreat to...Parking at the hotel very easy.

Not much - the WiFi in the bedroom was not very reliable, but perfectly ok in the bar, and free. I couldn't pay by credit card, but in fairness they did offer to give me the bill and pay later by bank transfer.

Nice and clean Hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms are quit, if you are not located opposite the church (Bell ringing in the morning). As it is a restaurant as well you can have diner in the evening, which was nice.

es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende, wir können uns gut vorstellen, noch mal wiederzukommen

Das Essen war abends sehr gut-hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, das Frühstück war o.k. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein sehr unkomplizierter Aufenthalt- Einchecken, Tisch reservieren etc. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, die Ausstattung o.k. und recht sauber.

Deutsche Gründlichkeit op en top. Fijn hotel, fijne mensen, goed verblijf.

Zeer nette kamers met fijn bed en hele grote kussens. Ruime parkeerplaats voor hotel. Diner was bijzonder goed met zeer vriendelijke bediening. Mogelijkheid om te borrelen was ook prima, gelegenheid hiervoor werd mee mogelijk gemaakt omdat er gasten bij de kegelbaan waren en bediening dus gelukkig ook aanwezig bleef. Het ontbijt was gewoon normaal, niet apart, maar zeker goed genoeg. Kortom zeer fijn hotel, degelijk en goed voor herhaling. Een aanrader.

Maandag en dinsdag alle faciliteiten gesloten ivm Ruhetag. Ontbijt was wel beschikbaar. Voor het diner met de taxi naar Bitburg, jammer!
