Location was ok
Restaurant finished serving food at 8pm on a Saturday night so couldn’t eat there, also the car park is quite ‘rough and ready’ and doesn’t have many spaces.

Lovely place to stay with a very comfortable room. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Bitburg was the mid point of our vacation, when we inquired about a place to do some laundry we learned there wasn't any place in town however they offered to do a wash for us. Additionally, the restaurant and bar was beautiful with the Cordon Blue being the best we've had! Great job!

Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Parking was available. Close to shopping area. The restaurant meals were very good and reasonably priced. But be prepared to pay 1 euro extra for mayo or ketchup.
No air conditioning, fan provided grudgingly. Towels were small, thin and did not have a clean smell. Had the feeling that Americans were not welcome.
